I flashed my rom with a custom one and it has a weird splash start up screen, i was wondering if someone could point me to the way where i can get the original or upload their original.

i had a friend of mine that actually gave me the rom i dont know here he downloaded it from

if you search the forum there is a tool for making your owm custom splash screen or look in wiki for your model of phone or seach splash screens hope this helps
i went there but it only has to custom make them but i wanted the original splash screen but thanks anaways

Wandered around the ftp, but I guess it has been really cleaned up :-( can't find anything back which waspresent some months ago.

It's in the nk.nbf which can be converted in a nb1 with nbfdec. But the easy way will be flashing to your device :-(
Try experiment with nbfdec & bal666 tool, designed to edit the ext-rom part of a rom-dump. Maybe you can find the image in the shipped-rom.

Me too, if you got a copy of the image, from anywhere, it's really simple to put it on your device with, indeed, a cab file.
But first you need the image.

Hi all
Ive got a HTC Touch Pro on vodafone and as you probably know vodafone like to fill there phones with there own software, i have spent hours tonight on google reading endless posts on how to flash the htc back to the original htc rom, the only thing i cant find is like a step by step guide on how to do it, with the correct software packages
if anyone could help it would be great !!

I thought that somepeople said on the forum that Sprite Backup is the thing you should use. So maybe that helps you...
For me personally i haven't really managed to backup the entire Rom...so if i ever want to go back from RomeOs to original HTC Rom i think i got a bit of a problem

you can find the stock rom in there
however make sure your spl allows this
first of all, you must have the SPL stock and the stock ROM..
1. Install the SPL stock for warranty with activeSync..
2. After step 1 install the Raphael Stock ROM..
and thats all.. u can check it holding the volume down and soft reset with ur stylus..

Hey Guys,
I've just got a Touch Pro on Vodafone and need to get rid of this horrible Vodafone Theme for the proper original Touch Pro Theme.
Jack can you let me know if you had any luck with the last post by limx and did you have to reset aload of vodafone settings after you got the original ROM loaded?

My HTC Arrive will not get into Windows Phone. It get's to the HTC screen and then reboots over and over. I never see the Windows Phone Splash even. I was looking for the Sprint Mango Rom to see if I could reflash it but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone Please help me out? I know many will view this thread but can someone please stop to offer any advice? Is this a Brick? Thanks!!! Desperate!!!! Thanks!!!!

unfortunately it didn't help. I've put the phone in the Red, Green, Blue Screen but when I run the rom it says the phone is not connected giving an Error of 206. Any suggestions?

I flashed a splash image a while back, but now I just want to use the splash image that came with my rom (randoms jellytime R6). I dont know how to make a splash image. I have searched and searched but noone tells you how to just remove and use the one that is with the rom. Someone please enlighten me.

Hi,
I've phone (S7100) from China (photo in attachement) and I looking for the right ROM - I need reflash it. I tried sam ROMs (6820_2.3.5_c910_hteng_s5_en_4.0_v01_Mod and 6820_2.3.5_c910_hteng_s5_en_4.0_v01_Root) but after reflash the screen is displaced and touch screen doesn't responding.

I hate to tell you dude, but you're not going to find much support here on xda for knockoff chinese android phones. There are simply too many, and often do not come with all of the files necessary to root/build a custom ROM for them. Sorry.
