Where to find IPAQ Rom?

Hi,
My uncle has an Ipaq 3630 and the os is German. He wants to use in Eng. I looked on the web but cant find any rom update for 3630.
Anybody knows that where can I find ipaq 3630 roms?

hmmm iirc the iPAQ 36xx was from Compaq [which hp bought] maybe you can try contacting hp since that model has long been discontinued. Good luck.

iPAQ 3870 software Upgrade HELP!

Hi everybody! I'm new here. Please i need your help! I've got a PDA Compaq iPAQ 3870 with pocket pc 2002 premium, and i want do upgrate to 2005, as i want to use my device with a gps. Is it possible to do this? Can you gave me directions urls/pages/websites, where can i find it?

roms have to be 100% made for a device to work
so unless hp made 2005 for that device no dice

Hi Rudegar! Tkhs for your reply. Anyway i ask you, is there an upgrade that i can do, in a way that the iPAQ 3870 works well with a gps and respectivly a software (ex: Tom Tom, or other). Tks again!!!

dont have any idear i think hp sell or let ppl download their rom upgrades
and if this or any other site had [email protected] warez versions of hp roms they would most likely try to get this site closed

Searching for ages this firmware.Could anyone help me where can i get the latest firmware for hp ipaq 3870.The 2003 firmware.Drop me the links to downloads.Thanks a million.

The only firmware update for the 38xx series is WM2003. If you don't find it (it may be long removed from Compq/ HP's pages), look around on eBay or P2P networks. (The latter is legal with discontinued, not-otherwise-available products.)

Updates for the 3870 from 2002 to 2003 (Not SE) are still available via Ebay, I bought one not to long back for a 3970, pay no more than a couple of quid for it, seriously some will try and charge you nearer £40.

Is there any chance anyone knows if there is a way to check how old/used is a mobile phone? I know there is a code for Symbian, but what about WM? I want to buy a "new" Qtek s100/s110, but I don't like the seller (if you know what I mean )...
O, and one more thing: does anyone knows FOR SURE processor speeds and ram/rom memory for s100/110? I checked on several sites and some say 200, some 416, and some that s100 has 416 and s110 200???
Is there a way for me to check processor speed and ram/rom when I meet with that guy?
Also, he claims they both have wm6.1, so I guess he had to "play' with them?

Android on HP iPAQ rx3715

Hi i have a question.
I have since 2004 a HP iPAQ rx3715, but I use this device no more.
Now will I clean the cabinet, but I would like know or Android on the HP iPAQ rx3715 possible is or not.
If it impossible to put it away and else would like I try Android install on the HP iPAQ rx3715.
Let me know or it's possible or not.
