This forum is for the Magician and not for the Charmer. I suggest you post your question in the right forum or better yet read the manual because for sure it is stated how to do a hard reset. Most probably you will find the manual in your own language.

not sure but hard reset for hkc g1000 may be applicable for this phone as well... they look identical..
This maybe a lost cause but is there any software or thing that will recover the contacts and data lost from the hard reset?
