I installed voice command 1.6 on my wing and once it asked to restart it it would load up to the green windows mobile screen then restart...is there anything i can do???? i cant hard reset , can i?

would like to help out but I think you have posted on the wrong forum... try hard reset and try to sync again try if this works

Is this a bad joke ? First, make up your mind, what device you have, then post in the appropriate forum. And, yes, you can hard reset.

not sure but hard reset for hkc g1000 may be applicable for this phone as well... they look identical..

My hx4700 freezed and i used the reset little switch(this is the soft reset ?), then the ppc started to boot-up but now freezed at the welcome screen with Windows Mobile version 6.1.
I have tried to use hard reset and any kind of reset i have found on this forum but nothing works.
I don't know how to write the rom(i don't know if this is the solution to this problem, i am just thinking, but if it is can you guide me or link me to some tutorials ?).
Please give me some ideeas please.
Oh well thank's for your help (non existing help).This make me consider that this forum is not so cool but this is the life.For other users that had encounter this tipe of malfunction they can repair their HX4700 HP iPAQ by rewriteing the rom.

I'm new on this forum , and i search for a long time for my problem.
Someone gave me an asus P320 who has a problem.
Somedays before this person gave me the mobile, he took many photographs with the P320, and suddenly, the mobile has frozen. After a off and on, the asus started with the blue screen ASUS, and suddenly, at the down of the screen, to lines : "TFTP USB DOWNLOAD", "Insert USB cable", and that's all, impossible to cut off the mobile with the on/off button, obliged to remove the battery.
Until this day, when i start the mobile, the same blue screen and the two lines.
Impossible to do anything, the different buttons doesn't react. After some searches, i tried to do a hard reset (volume down button + reset button), but no effect. I tried to do an upgrade of the ROM with a microSD card formatted, and a folder named 2577, downloaded from the asus site,write on the root of the microSD card + hard reset, but nothing else.
Now, i don't know what to do, can someone help me?

I am also having exactly similiar problem. Sof reset failed. Hard reset never goes after "Tap screen message". Upgrade to new ROM failed saying cant find the bin file. I am stuck. Please help urgently
remove the battery , keep it outside for 12 hr . put it back , restart..
