sorry dude you cannot use a diamond rom let alone any htc rom on that phone because it was not made by htc... what you need to look for is programs, skins etc. made for 240×400 resolution to work with your phone.. not sure if tf3d works with the omnia.. what ever you find on here make sure you read all the notes to see if it phone specific
Check this out it might help some..

thanks for your fast answer
which tf3d do i need?#
i found severeal links but i dno which one i need for my omnia ;d
or how can i get at least the same menu than the htc diamond? with the animted things too.. like weather and so on ;c
regards
you may be able to get manilla 2d but your phone is not htc so it will not load tf3d. People are having a hard enough time porting tf3d to other htc phones it wasn't made for.
Ok so how do i revert back to the original omnia rom? im currently using M2D rom..
i got a i900 8gb and got a htc rom on it working very nicely, can't complain

??? Please explain, are you using a Custom ROM from here or MoDaCo with a Manila interface?
The drivers are different from a HTC device
Thanks
By now, most should have seen about it. I have tried it during CommunicAsia 2009 here in Singapore and I'm very impress how Samsung recreate the interface. Note the word recreate. I'm wondering will it be able to port into Blackstone and Topaz since the main different is the processor. OmniaII will be release in Singapore this coming Sat
Should be able to.
This thread has some info about it.

That is for Omnia I900, But for OmniaII, It isn;t as simple as just add on imo so I'm still very unsure.
Hi, I recently destroyed my beloved htc tornado and a friend sold me a Samsung Innov8 (i8510) which runs on a symbian platform. Is there any possible way to flush it with windows mobile professional(the devise hasn’t got a touch screen, but has the same optical mouse omnia has… )? I know it’s a long shot but it would be great….
As we dedicate only to HTC devices you won´t get too much attention.
Better try here:

Good luck,
thanks anyway...

Depends if the rom contains the files.. Take a look over at modaco, they have loads of roms im sure one fo them would hav it.. Also theres a thread with all the orginal cabs inside..
Hope that helped.
Now...I've seen ports for almost every possible HTC device out there that are less powerfull tan omnia i8000...Why arent there any ports for omnia i8000...I tried the HTC HD2 port of Froyo with haret.exe...and i cant get it to work...maybe i'm doing something wrong or it maybe because it is a port for yet another HTC device...
Are there any at all?
It's been like a month..and i wanna ask that again..so bump...HD2 gets everything...
Well, it seems it's only you and me. Me and you hope this device able to run Froyo at least. Any other? I think it's difficult pherahaps because drivers for i.e. Galaxy S hardware aren't good for i8000 hardware. Pherhaps (but I don't know really) HTC deserves less differences between its devices. I can say only I am very very sad.
I already got Galaxy Tab, but it's so painful to see i8000 at the terminus.
Android 2.1 on Omnia 2 progress
Hey guys, don't miss me out...I'm an Omnia i8000 user too...i heard that the development of Android 2.1 on our Omnia are still under going...so probably more patience in order to get a functional Android on our phone. (It won't be long I think as currently they already received news back from Samsung.)
By the way, below is some link which shows the progress of Android development.(No fake videos and links, all are uploaded from the members of Omnia2droid).
Seriously, just check 'em out and you will know that our Omnia 2 are still not dead yet and somebody out there are currently putting their effort in porting Android to Omnia i8000.
But for the Android Froyo, I think the one that they currently developing is Android 2.1 Eclair, but they claimed that they will port to Android Froyo as soon as the Android 2.1 was fully working on our Omnia 2.
