i jsut tried to upgrade my Dopod 818pro to WM6 but when i finished some of the steps and hard-reset the phone it stopped at the 1st picture: Dopod Enjoy Mobililty and the screen shows:
IPL 1.00
SPL 2.15.0000
GSM 02.19.21
OS 10.1.0.811
Even i hard reset or soft rest it is still the same.
Would anybody teach me how to fix it...I will be very much appreciated..
upgrade first to official qtek 2.2 rom, then upload to wm6

Finally, I need to send back to SIS to replace my motherboard.

Hi, I am facing trouble with my prophet, here is my config :
ipl 2.09
spl 2.20.0000
gsm 02.61.21
os 10.1.0.811
When I flash ROM, the only one that works is
RUU_Prophet_220734_2207114_024721_QtekWWE_Ship.exe but know the prophet restart when I enter the PIN code, If I dont' enter it it works, but as soon as I enter it, it restarts (wired!).
This one returns error 326 invalid command (wrong nbf file)

I try to upgrade to WM6 and the setup runs succesfully for this one but after
reboot it stop with white screen
Prophet_2007 update Full N2N (20-02-2007)
And this one reports "can't writte ID" and doesn't reboot, stucks at QTEK screen. " the smart WM6".
So what i am thinking is that the problem comes from the IPL version, because i's the only one who stays always at 2.09.
What do you tink.
I alreday did the hard reset and bootloader access.

Hi, nobody know how to fix this? I can install WM6, AKU 3.0 but my phone always do the same bugs and I really think it's rellated to the bootloader 2.09.
Bugs list -
When start, can't align the screen need to take off the battery
No vibration
Often the screen is not responding.
Please help to upgrade the IPL....

I didn't find only IPL 2.10 for g3, look for orginal ROM 2.10 and try to install it

I upgraded time ago tp IPL 2.10 from IPL 2.09. Is it possible to downgrade back to IPL 2.09?

extract paradis.zip with winrar to a folder, then replace the old nk,nbf in paradis.zip 2.10 with this one 2.09.zip nk.nbf
use winrar because paradis.zip is not a zip archive you have to use winrar

I have a MDA Vario T-Mobile I bought it from my friend (2nd hand), now its used a iMate ROM. I don't know which ROM that he used to upgrade the PDA.
I want to ask can I upgrade my MDA to WM6? When I resest my MDA it displayed:

SPL 1.06
GSM 01.01.10
OS 1.1.9.3
What should I prepared to upgrade my MDA to WM6? Thanks before.

From the looks of your IPL and SPL, seems to be a G3... so not a problem...

A G3 Wizard will have the following
IPL: 1.xx or 2.xx or 2.xx.00x (Note that this version only has TWO 0's.).
SPL: 1.xx or 2.xx or 2.xx.00x (Note that this version only has TWO 0's.)
A G4 Wizard will have the following
IPL: 2.xx.000x (Note that this version has THREE 0's.)

Oh I forget I have another problem. Why my MDA when sync with my PC sometimes disconnect by itself, now it's more worst I can't sync my MDA to my PC. I used Active Sync 4.0 Windows 2000 SP4.

I don't know but after reading so many brick units, maybe it is better you do a hard reset and see if it solves your Active Sync connection problems before attempting an upgrade..
My MDA now can connect.

you have to upgrade using that 2.26 rom!!! If you dont BEWARE the Devil will come for you
Ya you have to or you could just brick your phone! You have to have IPL/SPL above 2.00. The rom 2.26 as above will give you IPL/SPL 2.26.
And before you try to flash make sure you have read all you can, cus it does not always go right first time and you need to know what to do if you have a problem.
If you start flashing and it reset. Dont think it is dead try below
Hold the button voice button and press the reset button, when it sorts its self out you should have a screen with 3 colors. Connect your USB and flash away but use a non cooked rom. Flash T-mobile 2.26 again
I once had to re-flash my phone 6 times before I was happy! Then found out that i could have sored the problem by using a reg key!! LOL oh well!
I have already SPL 1.06 and IPL 1.01 can I directly unlock my MDA using lokiwiz? No need to downgrade to button ROM.

If you are still on IPL/SPL 1.XX
you should be able to unlock it with the lokiwiz software.

Thanks guys now I'm on Faria ROM real thing but I'm still confused about my MDA why everytime I want to sync I must replace the USB cable more than two times to get syncronize with my PC. Some times it disconnect by it self, than I must reconnect again. Anyone know what happen to my MDA?

I'm totally lost in this WM6 upgrade.
I've tried everything but i wont get my MDA Vario to flash with WM6.
My MDA Vario is unlocked (sim and CID) but i can't flash it because of my SPL 2.21????
This is what i have done:
installed button's 1.05 ROM
Download & installed lokiwiz - HTC Wizard Unlocker UPDATE Version 0.2b.
But stil my SPL is at 2.21.
Can someone please help me out here??

Both your IPL and your SPL must be 2.xx and higher. After you flashed to Buttons rom. did you reflash to a higher version after after you unlocked and cid unlocked your phone to make sure both IPL and SPL were 2.xx or higher?
I've followed the tutorial:
16. Watch the rebooting of your PDA, if BOTH IPL and SPL are 1.xx then great. Quite probably your IPL will be 1.xx and your SPL will be 2.xx. Rerun the button 1.05 ROM downgrade a second time and it will become 1.x on both IPL and SPL. You don't need to redo the unlocking.
17. My suggestion, take for what it's worth, is to download and install the T-Mobile 2.26 ROM
This will give you a strong 2.26 IPL and SPL to work with.
My IPL was 1.XX after the 1.05 downgrade, but my SPL was still 2.21 even after the rerun.
I have tried to instal T-Mobile 2.26 rom, but it gave an error.
check if you have G3 or G4 unit
I have a 3G device.

I think that you haven't unlocked the phone properly. Read Dr. P's tutorial about unlocking G3 phones.

if your ipl is 1.05 and your spl is still 2.21...then you need to reflash again so that both ipl and spl are 1.05 before you can proceed. ipl and spl should never be different.
WHen you downgrade to the Button rom, in most cases the IPL will change, but the SPL will not. You then have to downgrade again to get the SPL to get to 1.xx . There have been some cases reported where it takes reflahsing the button rom many times (like 8 times or somesuch) before the SPL will finally come down, but you have to complete this step or you will not be CID Unlocked.
Make sure you have your SD card out when you are flashing as this can cause problems.
Good luck, and sorry, but for those that have run into the stuck SPL there hasn't been a real solution other than keep flashing the button rom until it drops down to 1.xx. After that then the CID unlock will be complete and you can then flash the T-Mobile 2.26 rom (or whatever other 2.xx rom you want).

The Dr. P tutorial specifically says this (just not in those words). It tells you (after the last lokiwiz) to watch your screen and that you most likely will still have an SPL of 2.xx and will need to reflash (most people just don't read this and try to move on). The part of about having to reflash numerous times is new though. I've only heard of it a few times, but if you look at the posts from a month or so agao in the Dr P thread on unlocking you'll see where a few people ran into it and it took numerous flashes to finally get SPL to go to 1.xx.
before wm6 roms, every time there was a new rom for wm5 (molski or faria) you'd always get people in the thread mentioning that their ipl and spl are different. in those threads, the advice has always been to reflash a few extra times too. (I personally haven't had any problems with this...but i think i started my unlocking on a 1.8 us t-mobile rom with xelencin's rom...which had an unlocker built into the rom update package).
anyway, the phone's not bricked or anything, so you just have to keep flashing to get it working...

I've re-flashed 3 times but if i understand correct, than i have to retry flashing until SPL and IPL are the same?

yes. ipl and spl should both drop to 1.05. at that point you can go through the unlock and flash back up.
