You guys' heads would explode if you were using some BlackBerries. When I had my Curve, having 15-17MB of free space was "great".

Is there a big difference between 5.0.1H-appstosd-signed.zip and 5.0.1H-signed.zip? Yeah, one is Apps-to-SD, the other one is not.

Why do you need so much space? Use apps to sd and 43MB is WAY more than enough.

By the way. Why have two versions one with the apps to sd ability and other without and not just one with apps to sd ability?

Haykuro gave the reason for this when he first released 5.0H and 5.0H apps to sd, but I don't remember what he said. Had something to do with some people not wanting apps to sd and it made it worse for them or something?

Not exactly what you asked for, but Beejive IM for mobile, looks a lot like that.
If you are into using any Instant Messengers at all.
I know, that probably doesn't help you really.

OK, sorry. It's the only thing I've seen that's similar.
I'll post back, if I see anything else.

The [SKIN SMS][06 Feb 10 UPDATE!]Beautify your standard WM SMS Thread! [All Res][WM6.1+] isn't really LEO dedicated.. and with the issues it presents, it is not worth changing from the original design..
So, I was a little bored (too much time on my hands) and I hate the color scheme of twitter. Too baby-bluish and I've got a son on the way (just a couple months out), so I'm getting a little baby blued out. That said, I decided to waste some time inverting all of the .png's in the apk. Not the greatest of "mods", but I thought that if I found it amusing, somebody else might as well.
Oh, and I changed the Launcher icon to one from Dinik's HD2 collection here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=591248&highlight=dinik
Notes:
1) I, nor XDA, am not responsible if this trashes your device.
2) The install bat places the file in /system/app, rather than /data/app. My main reason for doing this is strictly a personal preference, as I have been using Ninjamorph (thanks Stericson!) to customize all of my apps and it doesn't yet read from /data/app yet. . . so I've been placing everything into /system. lol
Instructions:
1) Extract the contents of the zip file (Winrar, Winzip, 7Zip, WinAce. . . does WinAce even exist anymore?)
2) Run Twitverted Install.bat
2a)The install bat file will automatically delete the twitter app, if you already had it installed, prior to installing this one.
3) If you don't like it, just run the removal bat and then reinstall Twitter via the market.
Nice, I'm not a big user of twitter but this looks pretty sweet, good job

You have to sign in to be able to download. Looks like it'll let you use your google login, though.
installing everything and trying out now, will report back in a few minutes.

Is that something that overclocking could take care of, ya think?
Not sure, I was running at 1.4Ghz when I was doing this.
I have a question for everyone.
Are you guys having problems with the internal sd card on your one s?
My sd card gets filled up really quick. I dont have alot on it. Only About 2.6gb of Music & 1gb of Videos
Thats all... The MAX I have is about 4GB with some roms and gapps etc.
If you guys had this issue before how did you guys fix it?
I just barely re-formated my sd card to fat 32 on my mac.
Thanks in advanced

I've been in the same spot. I didn't think I put much stuff on my phone and kept running out of space. Then I found an app from the playstore called "Disk Usage." It's a graphical representation of your phones storage so you can actually see what's taking up space. In my case it's almost always forgetting to delete old back ups. You should try it.
Check it out.

Cool Thanks will do
Happy new year y'all, and that would mean happy me for having a new phone.
I have been an iOS user since iPhone 3G so I don't know much about Android, however I do know though that Nexus line is a stock Android OS. This would mean that there will be no bloatware installed.
For starter, how do I have a minimal theme for my phone? Do I need to root it, and/or install different ROMS? I prefer to have a stock ROM though. Will it doable?
Do I have to download themes or launchers or what?
Maybe something like this,

You can try a different launcher.
So launchers have nothing to do with a custom ROM?

They can do too.
This is one major difference you'll find with android. You can replace almost anything. Lock screens, keyboards, launchers....
There's a good thread in themes and apps where we share out homescreens. Worth looking there for inspiration. Some people use Zooper or uccw to make their own widgets too.
Okay great. Thank you!

More correctly, the Nexus line is stock Google. Granted, the stuff they add is a lot more useful than bloat the OEM/carrier can add but stuff you don't use is bloat regardless.
