Hello, I would like to start to make my own ROM, but before i've some questions
1° Where can I find a clean wm6 ROM as a base for my developement.
2° Where can I find addons and plugins already cooked to insert next in my ROM. I thinking more precisely in the TouchFLO, the cube, asian, arabic and other languages support for the pocket pc, etc..
3° and third where can i find very good tut about creating roms

Just explore around Nobody here is going to hand feed you. All the info is available for those that take the time to read and research.
BTW: your question 3 is answered with a new topic that is right at the top of the forum. The fact you asked tells me you haven't even attempted to look (and don't try to say search is worthless here, as that excuse is old.)

hi all professional rom cookers. i am new here. and want to cook a rom. with good graphics and software packages. so i need all the tools which are used to make own rom. so i will release here.
or if there is a professional step by step tutorial. so i will follow.

witch language and have you a G3 or G4.
First find a button ROM or Love ROM if you dont succeed to set all back. But look fot that thread
Iam now buzzy with a Dutch Rom. For a sterter it takes a time to learn.

Device : G3
but i just wanna cook OS. so it will be G4 safe as well.
so i need some tutorial for step by step cooking to release a new rom with new look. and great software bundle.
So no IPL
Language 409 i suppose.
If i was you look at the TNT postings and use his kitchen so you have realy good start.
There also a lot of 409 MUI OEM proggys so if yoy find them you can place them there so you can decide witch one you want in the rom.
Iam busy with a 413 (Dutch) ROM and i almost solved the last problems for a working one.
But importent to get the Love or Button ROM to set Wizard back in working order if rom is hanging on third screen
does anyone play BenQ E72 WM6 smartphone? I wobder if someone have made a customised ROM yet or updated to WM 6.1? Thank you in advance.

i'd like a better rom too, but unlucky seems that anyone develope it.
in my default rom there are a lot of (UNUseful) apps like facade, quickmark, fizz traveller etc etc
and miss the benq homescreen with flash changing of background and icon n the botton of the display
i'd like a cleared rom without third party apps and with the stylish homescreen
(i get all the dumps of the roms, but i am really a noob and cant work on it)

WHy no one make a clean ROM???? We may have to seach for a cleran one?? Would you upload the dumped ROM to a web storage, so I may ask someone on Chinese forum to make a clean ROM....

someone has made a WM 6.1 ROM for BenQ E72, but it is in Chinese. I have sent a request to him to make English one.

have you tested this rom? how to flash (spl, hspl, sspl, uspl ^^ ??? )? please can you upload it to another service, i cannot use rayfile (please use a site without clients)

Can you explain how you flash the new ROM. Did you use the tools available on the tools for falshing BENQ E72.
For all E72 guys, here is a polish web site with a lot of info and ROM. Also I think already exist a WM6.5 for E72.

I've manage to download the wm6.1 ver2 rom from e72.pl but dont have a clue how to flash my phone. Can you post the flasher utility and instuctions to flash, thanks. Really appreciate it
First you need to download the package "the tools for falshing BENQ E72.zip" that is located on the same directory where you download the ROM. After that switch off your phone and after that press "0" and connect the usb cable. Windows detects a new driver, and you need to install it. The driver is also on the package that I describe above. After installed the driver you should do again the process to press "0" and connect usb cable, until you see the led blinking. Attention, you need to do this with the phone off. Now start P21DTDownloadTool_Crack.exe application do the following:
- ebootmdoc.nb0 as EBoot
- reserved.dio as BDTL0
- E72.DIO as OS
- OS after download not checked
- Click run and wait

I have an old Kitchen and a base 6.1 build with lots of customisations and 3rd party apps. I really want to get WM 6.5 on my phone but want to build it myself to get my own apps and customisations in there by default
What is the best kitchen and are there any base 6.5 builds I can use? I remember trying to decompose a 6.5 ROM a while ago and the kitchen couldn't dump it sucessfully? I haven't tried in a while so want to know where to start (again?).
I did search and there is a lot of fragmented information...

i have searched some time now for a 6.5 base rom.
Ok, am trying to cook ,my first rom and have been crashing here and there. One thing I have managed to realise now is that I am missing one crucial ingredient, i.e. the Base Rom. Didn't make sense previously until I realised that I was using a WM6.1 nbh. I have tried searching the forum for the wm6.5 base rom but all I can find in Kaiser is the WM6.1. May you assist please!!!
