when i connect my Qtek 1010, it says unrecorganized USB device, i could not connect my qtek to PC, how can i fix this problem
i dont have installation CD for my qtek
There is no driver or installation for your phone. What should happen is you install activesync, make sure that usb connection is checked on activesync then soft reset your phone, place in cradle or plug in to usb cable. Xp should indicate "hardware found", it should then say something like "htc sync". Activesync should then launch automatically. I have found that sometimes if plugged into a hub you may get an error and even swapping over to a different usb port can make a difference too.

Hi All
I need your help. I just bought new BT device for using with my notebook
and connecting with my PDA. 'Dtech Bluetooth USB Dongle'.
I have connected it with my notebook and installed software & driver from CD that coming with it. After installation, I couldn't open program "BlueSoleil" at all. I always find error message and windows forced me to close it.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
I'm using Windows XP Pro SP 2 now.
Hello!
I have a HTC Universal (hard reseted) and a laptop with a fresh installation of windows vista rc2 (5744).
I can't make vista install the appropriate drivers to be able to connect to HTC.
I can open WMDC but it keeps saying "not connected". When I connect my HTC to laptop, via USB, nothing happens. Seams that vista doesnt recognize my PPC. Onether thing, perhaps without importance, I tried to connect a flash disk Pen and nothing happened either! It seams that Plug and Play device discovery is not functioning on vista. Is it normal?
Can anyone help me?
Thanks a lot!

Plug and play issue on vista?
Hi!
I'm having problems with instalation of HTC and Vista Windows Mobile Device Manager!
The device is not recognized by Vista, I mean, I connect the USB cable to laptop and nothing happens! But I can open WMDC but always says "not connected".
The wierdest thing is that I've connected 3 Pen Drives and nothing happened too!
Is this a general issue problem with Plug and Play discovering devices or is this nonsense and not related?
Please help! I'm getting desperate!

USB Issue
If you can't access a pen-drive then you probably have a driver issue with regards to your USB ports and will be unable to access your Windows Mobile device via USB. If you have bluetooth you might want to try connecting via that. The general Beta release only has basic support for WM devices (There will either be a seperate download or it might make the gold code) if you are part of the vista beta you can download the enhanced support (duplicates ActiveSync functionality) from the connect site.

I just recieved my new HTC Titan.
So I tried to plug it into my windows 7 computer, where Zune is already installed.
But when I plugged it in, it got recognized as an PocketPC Usb device.
These drivers are downloaded from Windows Update.
If I disable internet it isn't recognized at all.
Zune cannot connect to the phone either.
Is there any solution for this, I couldn't find anything.
Thanks in advance
Hi,
I have a HTC Touch Pro 2, which does not communicate with the computer. After connecting the USB cable only charges battery the phone. Windows 7 and Windows XP does not detect the phone, all the drivers installed (Windows Mobile Device Center). I learned that it can be damaged bootloader, is it true? How to fix it?
