I think someone (HTC ? ) called microsoft asking why they are releasing updates directly to the final users...
I've never seen a microsoft official update for Wm5 devices.

ye I was hoping a rapidshare link would pop up...but unfourtunately I haven't heard of even one person downloading this file so a chance of an upload is slim to none I'm surprised its not even on pirated sites either....seems as if even warez sites posted a link to microsoft's (which is pretty stupid btw) site rather than host the file themselves.

Some help regarding an MDA T-Mobile phone

I would like 2 now if there is anyone who can help me with an MDA T-Mobile i bought from Holland, i would like to put windows mobile on it becouse it's in Dutch the curent version(+ i want a newer version) and i have no real clue on how 2 do that, what programs i need, witch ones are better suited for my model and where EXACTLY to get them, i will anctiously wait for a reply or PM, thank'u in advance ^__^

Please read here in order to learn the process of flashing a ROM, then enter to your device section and coose the ROM that fits your needs

Is possible to have a keygen for it? ... If is not possible I want to unistall it but it is impossible in the windows mobile settings! Can someone help me???

Amazes me still how people can pay £500 for a phone (or take out an expensive contract) yet can't afford the £29.99 for some legit and very useful software......

Copilot.com has a keygen when you purchase the software they send you a key!
I totally agree if you can afford £500 then you can afford £29 or so for copilot.

I don't agree with you guys above. It has nothing to do with money. I got my device with an provider contract. Haven't got any money left but even when i did i think its wrong to think that you can look inside somebody's wallet.
I agree with you that he shouldn't ask for a serial but then again he asked how he can deinstall Copilot.

To answer your question, NO, you can NOT uninstall it as it is cooked with the stock rom. Anything that came with the rom is uninstallable. Thus, the rise of the custom cookers on these forums.

The European version is about £63 in Denmark and the Danish version is about £28

yes but technically that's not unistalling it the app resides inside the main rom.

personally I am trying out Copilot but so far I like what I see, as this is very reasonable compared to other products and from what Copilot 7 was priced at I will be purchasing. Come on 25.99 is cheap and worth it for trouble free updates and the support. I mean Copilot give you free traffic camera updates worth their weight in gold compared to other subscription based products out! Plus you are allowed to transfer to other simular devices without repurchasing, (you cant switch between Iphone and Windows mobile thou ) Tomtom for example will only allow you to do that once. Copilot as far as I am aware allow you to do this when you want. So thumbs up for me.

I wish I had a keygen for co Pilot Nut seriously: i bought it because I want the integration into footsteps. But now I spend my money and what happens: The integration is not working ! I press a footprint naviagte button, co pilot starts, but no target is set ! it just starts co Pilot, like it would when I go to programs and start it there. No footstep integration at all ! Do you have the same problems or do you know a way to fix it ? With a keygen and some tryings I would throw my money out of the window

I bought Co-Pilot 8 and like it so far. How do you even get Co-Pilot to start from Footprints? If I press the top button (in footprints) or button 4 (down from top) both start Google Maps

I absolutely hated copilot. It didn't send me the fastest way, the voice gave me strange directions, the settings weren't saved (the backlight setting was resetted every time I restarted Copilot, so the backlight turned of when running copilot).
The good thing about Copilot is that there is no lag in the position on the map, which is a negative thing of tomtom and offcourse the problems with bluetooth! I just can't seem to get a good navigation program installed!
Any good idea's/suggestions

Never had any problems with iGo8, works just fine for the few times I use it a year (got SatNav built in the car, and it's just easier to use that).
Give it a go see if you like it. Not tried Co-Pilot8 though, but 7 was useless.

Anroid and Skype

I need your help.
Recently i bought a netbook Toshiba AC100-10G with the software of Anroid 2.1
The broblem is that does not support the SKYPE service
Somebody in Athens told me for Anroid market. Even Toshiba Greece replied me that they cannot install the Skype with Anroid 2.1
Is it so difficult?
Can you pls help me how to do that step by step because i am not so expert.
And sorry if my English is poor

Then download Skype apk for android.
Then install Skype using apk.
But i visited the Toshiba market and i could not find anything regardind Anroid 2.2

Didn't realise you could get Android installed like that on a laptop. Awesome. So does the laptop ship with that software on already? If so have you tried contacting Toshiba technical support?
I'm sure someone more knowledgeable might give you a better answer....

Toshiba Greece replied us that they can not install the Skype with the Anroid 2.1 version on. But somebody here in your forum said that if i download the Anroid 2.2 then i will have the Skype video calls.
The problem is that i can not find anywhere a link to download it

You would have to find a version of Android that has been made specifically for the Toshiba netbook.
Unless someone has created an unofficial version, the best option is Toshiba. Ask them when they plan to release Android 2.2.

The problem is that they sell products with no Skype support.

There is a mark/info on the cover, on the battery, ...?

With hardware specification you give, i think it's maybe the GooApple G22 (but with clone it's a bit dfficult because many model exist...), and as is an androphone, you can normally install clockwork mod recovery and flash it to android 3.2 (as i've read for the G22 model).
But before doing anything, be sure what hardware you have exactly otherwise you may brick you phone !!

Sorry but there is too much models with this specifications ... a lot use the ARMv6 ... and there is no relevant infos on your pics ... nothing found about freesoft21.
When you buy it, wich name have the phone ?? (they have always a name).

Unfortunately, where I had ordered a phone model has seen fit to send me another model and then disappeared.
I find it unusable as a phone

Can you check this video and follow it, let me know if you arrive to activate english.
If your menu is not the same, try to do that :
Type this : *#0044# then press SEND button
This must Set Language to English

me 2, at least i got the code to set phone to English language

I would try to do a backup and try updating.
give me some instructions on what to do?

I know it would be alot of work and research, but you could go to YouTube and watch all the different videos on all the iphone clones and try to see which one your phone looks and operates like. Could be a shot in the dark or it could tell you what you have. Best of luck.
