Nothing. It surely won't be released in the near future. (Say, the next 6 months.) That is, you'll need to look elsewhere if you want something excellent: S-E XPERIA X1 or Gigabyte GSmart MS808 : http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=specs&id=1128

on HTC Omni
I reckon this device will be launched in March 2008. It will come out during the time when Imate 9502 and Toshiba 920 is launched... It will be nice to change a PDA during that time as there are 2 choices. Which would u buy?

Toshiba looks Great!! and tired of waiting omni!! Guess time come to do a change from HTC.

Dear Experts,
Iam confused to which one I need to go with.
Samsung i900 Omnia, Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1, HTC Touch HD, HTC Diamond 2 or shall I wait till HTC Touch Pro 2
taking in consideration that iam looking for a business use mobile.
your immediate reply is appreciated since my mobile is almost dead.

Well... I would go for TP2 definetly! if you are going for a buissness device.
It´s just a few weeks of launching.
Have in mind that if you select omnia you will not have the great support of this site...as we focus on HTC devices

Agree with orb, that the TP2 could be your best device now.
Have no idea when available in the Middleeast...maybe your carrier knows.
Or you can get it unlocked on Ebay in June...

As galxys states, perhaps the best way would be to buy an unlocked one on ebay, expansys or any other store.
I´m doing that because in my country it would be later and more expensive

there is no such rom yet or you could go to htc's sebsite duh, or go to the kaiser wiki page and you shouldnt have started a new thread for this

Just downloaded the new WM 6.5 for Kaiser from htcwiki .com. WOW ! it is blazingly fast .
Many new features and very user friendly. Microsoft and HTC really out did themselves this time. Will put up a 4shared link later
Don't know if fathers day is just an American greeting card holiday or not. But here in the U.S. it is father's day.
Happy Father's Day to all the fathers out there !!!!!

HTC won't release an official WM 6.5 for kaiser. Just won't happen, anyways, did you guys see that new V12 engine for the Kia Rio. I heard somewhere deep that it was coming out soon.

LOL V12 on a Kia? I wonder if it will be able to handle it without falling apart!
Anyhow, how was father's day? Mine was good, no lunch, cards and stuff like that, cuz I dont have kids! LOL

HTC official 6.5 rom for kaiser is out? Is it as good as other roms out there?

If we would say that you can get a hard copy of official 6.5 at the main office at Microsoft would they believe that to? LOL

Hold up Hold up....... I have wm6.5 for my kaiser..the original..it works great but i removed it because ,of course..it does not support landscape mode(well it does but when u open and close an app in landscape it goes back to portrait)THAT SUCKS!!!!!!!!...........ALL IN ALL IT MUST NOT OF BEEN MADE FOR THE KAISER..BUT IT CAN BE USED

There will not be a 6.5 officially released by HTC or ATT directly made for the Kaiser.
6.5 will and is being ported by our wonderful chefs, Please post in their forums regarding kaiser 6.5

Bye Bye VOX

Hey after a pretty long attachment of more than 18 months I have parted with my VOX. I was very sad while parting as the device had never failed.
I have bought a new Acer DX900 Dual SIM (again sad as I could not buy a HTC to stay actively attached with XDA) as dual SIM is required for me. I am using it since last three days. A good phone but very resource hungry and eats up battery fast. Needs customisatised ROMs etc.
Lastly many many thanks to Fireburned, Dr, Gonzo, Frauhottelmann and all other members of VOX as well as XDA FORUM for their tremendous support. In fact although I don't have HTC now even then I will be regularly visiting this forum in search of something for my acer dx900.
Again thanks to everybody for making me a hardcore fan of WinMo.
