It is just the M$ build number that the rom is based on. One would think that the more recent the build, the better and more stable the rom would be.
But not always the case.

Old Roms

How many of you are running old roms for speed, performance or feature reasons?
I run DamageControlv1 because it seems to be the fastest most stable of any ROM I've tried.
Sushi Rom very stable, lots of AOSP and very speedy

Well you do have new (lastest and greatest) roms in your poll. So its probably why he posted what he was running. Lol
But what is your pri running that rom?

It's not my poll And I was just pointing that out, because the name of the thread and the OP both mention "Old Roms"

[APP][2.2+][2013-03-15] Linaro builds of Firefox/Fennec for Android ARMv7

NOTE: If you are looking for Firefox/Fennec for Android ARMv6, those are over here.
For testing, here are Linaro Optimized builds of Firefox/Fennec for ARMv7. You'll need to remove existing installations prior to installing these builds.
Tested with a Xoom (4G, Android 4.0.4 Official). Here are the BrowserMark results (average of 5 passes, YMMV):
57770.8 - Official Nightly 2012-06-07
62502.2 - Unofficial Nightly Linaro Build 2012-06-07
ADBlock Plus:
Development builds of AB+ work. (Tested with Nightly v2012-06-14 and AB+ 2.1.b3478). They can be found here.
Troubleshooting:
If you receive this error "Secure Connection Failed" with error code "sec_error_no_memory" with the Linaro builds, you must disable TLS support:
1. browse to about:config
2. search for "tls"
3. toggle "security.enable_tls" to false

Hrm... I'll build new packages and upload... these tested fine on ARMv6, but I didn't have quick access to the tablet to test. Will redo.
Edit: Does the ESR build not work either? That ARMv7 build was tested.
Tested all three (from jun-21) the most consistent was Nightly (wich is my new default browser). beta crashes for no reason and "stable" is crap at rendering webpages (when scroll down, first I see grey-white squares and a second or two later, the webpage)
using Atrix with stock 2.3.6

Stable vs. Nightly?

I understand the difference. That the nightlies are or can be buggy but what is the major difference between the current stable version of CM10 stable vs. Nightly? Someone said it was only a HTML file stating it was stable?
the latest stable is is quite old to the newest nightly, and the newest nightly has the latest fixes

That's what I was thinking and read somewhere that stable is just a file stating its stable and really no different then nightly.

well that may have been the case a few months ago, but now the newest nightly is more stable than the old stable
