I have an HTC Touch (ELF) and I've upgraded to WM 6.1. Now I'm trying to install a Norwegian keyboard-layout, but installing the EzInput suite, I need to terminate a process. The built in processmngr in WM6.1 doesn't allow me to terminate anything but software (as in, no processes) and thus I was wondering what tools are best used for this? I've searched and searched, but it's not so easy to find.
Maybe I'm blind, haha.

Try dotfred's Task Manager, which should allow you to kill a process: http://www.dotfred.net/TaskMgr.htm

I think it's a shame that it hasn't the Intellidialer software nor the Intellipad!

PLZ do a search. I posted the iMate (ie neutral blue-ish colour) version some months ago.
If the Eten has WM2003 or WM2003 SE it will run Intellipad
If it is WM2003 SE, it will run both Intellipad & Intellidialer
BUT: As these two s/w packages are created by HTC itself, It might be the case that it does some h/w dependent check. And then I wont work at all....
Just try it. You can uninstall my versions

wm5 dont support the glossy bars of wm6 without using a program like wizbar

Alot of task managers (with the x in the top of the screen) have compatibility issues with the newer unofficial beta roms you will find on here, which is why many arent specifically cooked in.
However, you can search for AmeBa cab and try that. Also try task manager v3.1 which can be mapped to a hardware or software key.

I'm fairly new to this and I have a lot of things stored to my internal memory on my palm treo 750, (I thought this was where there were supposed to be installed).
Maybe I have some overlaps or unnecessary items, this is whats installed:

What OS version are you running (WM6, WM6.1, WM6.5)? That can be checked in the Settings->System->About.
Seems like you do the same things I do, I install to internal memory for necessary stuff, that needs to be in the internal storage, and I don't like installing to external cards.
In a few days I will be releasing a WM6.5 version that will grant more memory, and if there is much demand, I can do the same for WM6, for those that prefer WM6 (and maybe 6.1)
