i dunno if my phone is useless now!

please while using shelltool. to upgrade wm5 to wm6 but ive just got an error message and suddenly lost my connection from activesync! please i dont know how to retrieve my phone! now after bootscreen... white screen appears and nothing happens! i tried hard reset it. nothing happens! please help!
i wish someone here could help me! please! im crying like a baby here! cant sleep! waiting for answers!

Well, then you are not the notsohappy owner of a brick
Get it into bootloader and flash your carrier's official rom
Also, see that in WM6 you must use only ActiveSync 4.5 or higher
Ask if you need help, I will be here for couple of hours and there are others who know way more than me and also can help

Get the rgb boot loader screen on by holding down camera while you reset. Then connect via usb to the pc. You will see the word " usb " appear on the bottom of the screen on your phone.
Run the exe you downloaded from your manufacturer / carriers website and it will install the stock rom.
Phone will reboot when finished.

Rather than just randomly flashing stuff, you need to read. Specifically:

It will step you through things and point you to the right posts to get you going. DON'T SKIP STEPS! DO Everything and check everything...

Are you at your Tri-Color Screen? If so...tell me what the screen says...also what device do you have a Tilt or a TyTN II

well when i was trying to flash the rom it not recognized it, then i disconected it and then enter in bootloader, and when it was flashing just stucked at 7% and said "ERROR 112 :CE Rom Update Error"
and now i cant flash anything, just stucks at the same 7%

its a Universal i know that it isnt a forum for that device but in the universal one just nobody answers =( and i guess that some people here has 1 uni too

What does your TRI-COLOR Screen say?

it says just usb and v1.0
it tries to flash and then stucks at 7%

new thing, when i try to flash an original rom, it says "error 100: model id error 22-N-50-N-N

Can anyone help me please?? =(... i get an error 112, the rom just dont flash, it gets a 7% then the error appears, its an HTC Universal. i tried some things and even no results, theres a way to flash from SD? or it will be the same?? or maybe it got locked or something? or i just bricked it?? it enters to bootloader and it starts to flash and stuck on 7% TT-TT

Not to sound mean, but you could try spamming the Universal forums instead of the Kaiser forums. I know there are a lot of people on the Kaiser forums, but we're Kaiser users. Odds are you'll get better information in the correct forums because the people there have the same hardware...just a thought.

I have a Universal, and here are some ideas and questions:
1. Give the exact name of the ROM you are trying to use. Do not put "the original one," or "Fred's rom." Put the EXACT NAME of the ROM that you are upgrading to, and a link to it.
2. Stop. Take a breath. Throwing away your Universal will not solve the problem.
3. Give exact step by step description of what happened. Start from, "I was using my Universal with XXXXXXX ROM and the world was fine, and then I downloaded the ROM given in item #1 above. I then did (whatever you did). Continue on. End with "I am now stuch at 7%"
4. I noticed that you are from Mexico. I am from the USA, so some colloquilisms may not translate well. (Plus my Spanish is horrible). Let's just stick to the facts.
To be quite honest, your posts are not helpful, and they sound like a drowning man clutching an anvil (see last Sunday's Dilbert...). It would be more helpful if you could be more forthright and specific as to the issue, and give those wanting to help you as much detail as possible.

Please Help... My Screen Showing only showing 3 Colors

I was trying to install the Dutty's WM 6.1 OS on my Boss's Tilt, didnt worked with the kaiser-HardSPLv1, and looked around for solution and found that i can copy "JumpSPL1.56-KAIS" and run it on the Tilt and than can install the OS, but somehow, its giving this 3 Color Screen and Serial and when i connect to USB, it shows USB instead of Serial, than when i try to install Dutty's OS, it comes up with Recovery option and doesnt finish successfully, it stays on 0% and than again goes back to Recovery option.
Please help me, will be enough if i can go back to where i was before installing anything or any way to Hard Reset and get back to the previous state before running JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.
Please reply ASAP.

Thank you for your response.
I looked at a similar thread and after the white screen, i put the jumpspl on Tilt and ran it and thats how it got stuck on the 4 color screen.
My Screen Shows
KAIS1*0
SPL-1.93.0000
CPLD-8
on the right top corner the tri-color screen displays RUUNBH
and in the bottom White Screen(4th) it shows USB if its connected to USB o/w it shows Serial.
I can no longer connect to the PC using ActiveSync.
Please guide me to fix this problem.

most of us know how to answer and it has been answered many times... why don't u get off ur lazy ass and do some work by searching and reading around.
and to op rule 1: never install anything for anyone.
and secondly u have bad sector blocks which can be cleared using mtty ..again search and read.

THE SOLUTION FOR THE 10,000 TIME DEPENDS ON YOUR SPL VERSION.
FOR YOUR 1.93 SPL IT IS AS FOLLOWS:
USING MTTY ISSUE THE FOLLOWING COMMANDS:
cmd>set 16 0
cmd>task 8
FOR INFO ON USING MTTY, SEARCH & READ.

I think he meant on anyone elses phone it was his bosses phone. You know help someone out by trying to upgrade their phone and blowing it up.

I am having a strange problem with my kaiser vodafone, come up with white screen and does not work at all, is just possible have the tricolor screen using switch + camera keys, a this point I have tried to install new ROM, HARD SPL etc. the loading bar come up on screen but nothing happen,
I did plenty of suggestion reading around the forum but nothing is working, look like is a hardware faulty ????
So please if somebody expert on the matter can let me know something to do will be appraciate ...

please post this in the appropriate thread...like for example the HARDSPL thread. For example the one dealing with the white screen issue specifically. Try searching "hard spl white screen"

for starters wrong thread .. secondly problem could have been completely avoided if you did the basic reading i.e. first hardspl .. if white screen than follow thread on white screen fix .. got hardspl? flash rom ... simple as that.
now u need help .. and instead of posting under the right thread you create a new redundant thread asking about a problem that quite a few people run into. in order for us to help we need info from your phone .. what does bootloader say? can u boot to operating system?

sorry but I did not where put my problem, I did try to resolve it reading lots of other thread and I try lots of solution but nothing, anyway thanks for your help and time, so the problem with my kaiser is that it power up with white screen and nothing else happened then I have to take off the battery and put in again then pressing power button and camera I got the tricolor screen

You don't have hardspl installed. Install the hardspl, white screen fixed.

Before you get too upset, have you tried posting in the correct thread? Just like was suggested over a week ago? Have you tried a hard reset? I don't see that anywhere in your steps you took. What about flashing a stock rom?

You download the stock kaiser rom (searching is fun!), then you unrar, and click on the phone like button and follow the instructions. Then again, theres a thread on returning your phone to its original config. More searching fun!

sir, you should post in hyperdragons thread, have you installed hard spl, also see the "stickies" these are the first several threads, see FAQ, it will tell you what to do when you flash and what to do it you are having a hard time, try using the search and enter your error code, good luck, i hope you dont run out of flame retardent,
