does anybody have a cab for free call blocking?
hey there well I have this call firewall and it works amazingly ....
Code:
http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-call-firewall-v1-2.html
+1 for Call Firewall. It is the best free solution to blocking unwanted calls. Simply set it to automatically execute on each startup in minimized mode, and add it to the "exceptions" list of HTC Task Manager. Now when you click on the task manager icon in your title bar, it won't show up as a running program, (and will continue to block calls as long as you don't manually terminate the program). Call Firewall will allow your phone to ring for 1s prior to disconnecting the call. A work around is to create a ringtone with 1s of silence at the beginning of your chosen ringtone, or upgrade to the pay version, (Call Block 1.17)
Wow great application, I was looking for something like this some days ago. Thanks!

Voice command notification of incoming text messages

I have a samsung saga with windows mobile 6.1 and voice command version 1.6.20961. my phone will alert me via voice of upcoming events, appointments, and incoming phone calls. is there any app that will notify me of incoming text messages? currently if i receive a call from my mother for example, i get a voice that says "incoming call from mother". how can i get this same thing for my text messaging? when i text comes in from my mother i would like it to alert me the same way as my incoming phone calls. example...."incoming message from *****". is there an app that does this?
thank you
Hi, I can't think of any, but there is rather silly but working idea is that you either record your voice via notes, or downloading a sound, and under sounds and notifications in the settings folder, navigate to the notifications tab and select Messaging: New text message, and select your sound file, which is either Recording for the recorded notes file or your respective sound file. For the sound file, place it in my documents. This solution is only for all text messages and not for respective text messages from your contacts.
Hope I Have Helped!

[Q] How to disable notification of incoming call?

Hi guys,
my mother have htc Tytn2 and yesterday she told me: I have problem to see persons calling me. The years pass.. and now she have problem with eyes...
I thinked: ok I write a simple full screen application for her to see a big picture of incoming caller and big name and surname. In 10 minutes I wrote my application but: I have a problem with notification bubble of incoming caller.
How can I disable notification bubble of incoming caller?
Or is possible to have my application on the front of notification bubble?
Thanks
I have found a little solution. In my code I used the TOPMOST property and my window is on the front of notification but I show my window after 1 second(I used the timer)
I don't like this solution but is better of nothing

Modify Incoming SMS

I had a question regarding modifying incoming SMS. How would I go about intercepting incoming SMS and automatically modify the SMS before it is displayed in the text app. For example, I use Google Voice. The text always look like 'Contact Name - Message Body Here.' How can I have the text automatically intercepted and have all text including the space after the - deleted? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Recommendation for a Call Management App is Needed

Hi everyone,
I need recommendation for a Call Management app that will enhance my ability to silent individual numbers in scheduled times, like the settings we already have in the phone. I don't want to block numbers only to silent the ring (don't want the other side to know that I'm blocking them).
Any suggestions?
Why dont you try truecaller or call manager.
