i urgently need a simple programm: it should run without having any .net sdk etc on board.
it should simply disable wlan, bluetooth, phone etc. without any questions on program start.
because my device hangs up after booting WM6 and all i see is the bluetooth/wlan led flashing. so i need this application which i can autostart form my sd card (already working, i managed to reset some reg settings but my visual studio doesn't have the requiered entries for bluetooth and phone communication) and disable all this stuff.
it is not necessary to have a gui or something, just on start of the app it should deactivate all things.

i am using Motorola Mpx200, windows mobile 2002 and facing a problem in removing surrealStart, whose version i installed has expired.
Now surrealStart (which speepds up the startup menu) gives a message as i open the programs menu that this version of surrealStart has expired and i should either get a new version or uninstall it.
It wont let me access programs from home screen.
The only way i think i can uninstall it is either with add remove programs from the phone or by working from desktop PC connecting the phone with activesync through IR (dont have USB data cable), but both options are in programs menu.
I dont want to do a master reset and lose all my data.
Please tell me how to access programs/ activate activesync via IR and remove surrealStart utility without losing any of my other data.
please help me out with this problem ..

I had no luck finding a software that will automatically syncronize my laptop with the device using activesync when the devices are in BT proximity - if someone knows of such a software please let me know.
well the concept i am trying to achieve is a script that will have a running time interval and will :
1) verify that the device is in standby
2) wake up the device
3) connect via BT and sync
4) go to standby again (syncing in the background)
this way the whole calendar and files syncing is user transparent (like in Nokia s60 devices)
I tried using the new BlueStarter freeware to launch a script but it's too laggy and won't work when the device is in standby.
the help i'm after is this :
1. if someone has any knowledge of the activesync (repllog.exe) command line syntax, i couldn't find it anywhere. if there's a way to have it connect and sync through BT it would spare me the need to go through the menus with emulated key presses (which can be a bit buggy as i noticed)
2. a way to wake up the device from standby using a mortscript command. or running a file. probably also a way to bypass any screen locking SW will be needed but let's cross that bridge when we'll get there.
3. more important is a way to indicate that the device is in standby prior to waking it. (i don't want this script to launch during calls, videos etc...)
so that's it for now, if someone knows of something that might be helpful please repond as this lack of automatic BT sync drives me crazy (i am a former nokia user).

I need a script for mortscript.
It should check if activesync on my diamond is still connected to my exchangeserver an if not it should disable pushmail an than reanable it.
the scribt should work in autostart when booting phone.
If this not possible i need a script that disabels pushmail to a special time at day and then reanabels it.
Couldt someone help?
So I am on Simple Mobile on an unlocked Tmobile HD7. The problem is that everytime I run the HTC Connection Setup the phone detects Tmobile as the default conncection (which is because Simple Mobile does use Tmobile networks)
however when I manually select Simple Mobile from the provider list. MMS/Picture Message seems to work fine. Of course given the fact that Data Connection is active and we don't have much APN settings for MMS on Windows Phone Mango (yet).
So I was wondering if instead of using the HTC Connection Setup if I use some other OEM connection setup app like that of Nokia or Samsung using the xap marketplace changer,
would it still work ??? I don't want to run HTC Connection Setup again and again for it might relock my deepshining custom ROM.

It won't work. The various setup apps work using a type of configuration file called provxml. In order to have the permissions to apply these files, the apps need to call into a high-privilege system component (a software driver, usually). These components are OEM-specific (they're part of the OEM firmware, not part of the Microsoft OS) and therefore each app targets its own OEM's component. Connection Setup won't work on any phone without the HtcProvisionDrv.dll driver binary (so, on any non-HTC phone), and the other apps won't find the component they need on an HTC phone.
That said, why are you worried about relocking? That doesn't make sense. First of all, there's no reason why that would happen (you'd have to install the equivelent of the HTC Interop Unlock XAP, but with the provxml files set to lock the phone instead of unlocking). Second of all, a Full-Unlock ROM like yours doesn't need to worry about that anyhow. That's baked into the ROM and can't be removed without re-flashing the phone.

ok...got it...thanks for your reply. Well I was worried because I read it somewhere that running HTC Connection Setup might lock the device again. Can't remember where. Anyways it really is annoying to run the setup again and again...I wish there was a registry fix to input the MMS settings manually.

I would like to ask You for real help, advise, suggestion what to do.
First of all I know I can make hard reset but it is not a solution for me - more important is data on this mobile than to use it.
Samsung I780, WM 6.5 with HTC TODAY (big clock, six tabs) with tasks, calendar and wireless plugin.
I wanted to add Resco today plugin. Installation without problem . Restart and my phone hangs - loading startup animation, bottom bar with soft keys and nothing else. It hangs in today screen loading moment and phone doesn't respond to anything. Tapping, keyboard, buttons - nothing.
When I'm pushing buttons for example left softkey with shortcut to contacts after restart - they will open, so means that system respond before loading today screen, but then it is loaded in background and system hangs
I tried to restart many times with power button, removing battery.Soft restart with hole on left side. I hoped that after keys combinations Fn + enter + power - to force upgrading state will help, green + red + power to prepare for hard restet will help. After restart it is the same. In all those situations windows 7 x64 mobile center or windows xp x64 active sync, windows xp active sync cannot connect with mobile. In case when I connect it by cabel and I turn phone on activesync is trying to make a connection but after one or two minutes the sync icon is grey and nothing happend. With SD or without - still the same.
I was trying to establish connection PC-mobile by Mirage soft.
Mobile doesn't respond (for sure because of today plugin)
The questions are:
1. is there a key combination to force startup to default theme without loosing data, clear startup without any theme, plugins?
2. is there a possibility to make an autorun file on SD card to overwrite today theme configuration file at startup?
3. is there a possibility to make any batch file which block theme loading or will change theme registry entries?
4. is there a possibility to force connection between mobile and PC to get data without from PC?
5. Do You, HACKING WINDOWS MOBILE GODS, have any idea how to recover data from this mobile ?
If You have any friend, who knows or who has I780, or who has huge knowledge about WM - please show him this post.

OK, I must ask...
When you connect your device to the computer, does the computer acknowledge it? (aka, does it beep, or does anything pop up?)
if so, if you dont already have it, download and install activesync. it will allow you to setup your windows mobile with the pc. now go to the activesync window, and click "Explore"
now you should be able to copy data off of your device, move data, and more.
