I'm closing this thread with the following advice:
First, please read the links in my signature specifically the "What is XDA-Devs" post.
Second, find the XDA-Wiki. Look in the brown bar present on every page, fourth link from the left. All of your question will be answered with some patience & reading.
Third, welcome to the Wonderful World of Windows Mobile!

hi i guys im new and i wanna upgradde my wing, can someone help me please
Start by reading the stickies. We were all newbies once, so there are guides made for everything. It just requires some reading and some searching.
Start by searching for "how to flash a herald".
The first thing you'll find is:
"A Herald's Guide to Flashing Aserg, USPL and HARD-SPL"
And go from there.
Either way, please try to keep your "how do I do this" questions to the Herald or Herald 6 sub forums. The Herald Development forum is meant for Development questions (people who make ROMs, etc.)
HELLO ALL
I HAVE just baught my new htc p 3400i and htc diamond for my bro
i want to change my os to 6.5.
i need help .
Warranty will broke after changing OS?
please reply
Look in Diamond forum for WM6.5 on Diamond - and whichever forum it is for the P3400.
Read, read and read some more. Use 'search' before starting new threads to avoid flaming.
Yes your warranty will be broke.
Thread Closed for General Disobedience of the Rules.
Thanks you try again.

Thanks
read the first freakin post in this forum
dude... i read it and tried to install but couldnt get it done.can you please post the link here.
appreciate your help
here ya go..a link you requested. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=433835
HardSPL is not an OS. Hard SPL will allow you to install custom Roms. The OS will be Windows Mobile. duh.
Also don't bother with Android since you lack patience with reading and searching.
Everything you need to know is in the wiki and the sticky at the top of the page.
Unfortunately ( for you ) this is Xda-developers, not " I want to be cool like the other guys , but I lack the patience to read and understand " forum. Thousands of people here have read reread and reread the sticky and have put in the time to understand the process and no one here is going to do it for you. If you don't understand the simple process then leav your phone alone or you will brick it.
At the very least, this post does not belong in the development section, it belongs in the " I'm a noob help me make my phone cool " section. Then read, go through the process and post in the " flashing for noobs " thread, specific questions on where in the process you got stuck, and someone there will answer specific questions.
As others state read the sticky, wiki etc and use the resources already provided for you.....
On that note thread closed.
Hello everyone!
First, a few small issues to be addressed.
Let me introduce myself, I am Eclipse, I'm french and I am responsible for Section 575 on a wave samsung forum in France (I apologize for my English, I use a translator).
Secondly I want to congratulate you and thank you all for the work you provide!
The presentation finished, enter on the heart of the matter. After a search on your forum, some questions persist.
1) Have you developed a way to have android on wave 575?
2) Do you have a way to have 1.2 or 2.0 on bada wave 575?
as a unofficial firmware or other , because all the official firmware 1.1 only offers bada ,
Thank you in advance for your answers, I'm sorry if these questions were already raised, but even after a search, I found nothing.
Thank you and see you soon !
(I'm new to this forum, so please take this into account if I'm wrong section to ask my question, thank you!)
