NO SERVICE :( help please or UNLOCK - Advantage X7510 General

hey there guys
got a x7510 and it was working fine until i reset the settings to factory in the settings screen by Clear Storage, and after that, everytime i insert my sim card, it doesnt connect to the network anymore, all it says is No Service, i tried doing a hard reset instead thinking that it might work, still no luck any ideas of what can be done and how i can use my simcard...im on T-Mobile, and it did work before with the same exact simcard that im using now, but now it doesnt
so i thought that it might be locked, so i download the Athena Unlocker, but no luck, im guessing thats for the x7500 and x7501, but i have no idea what to do with my x7510 now please help....somebodyyy

1) You need to go to SETTINGS>PERSONAL>PHONE
2) Go to NETWORK TAB and make sure Network Selection is AUTOMATIC.
3) Go to BAND TAB and set:
Network Type: GSM
Band: GSM (1900+850)+UMTS(1900+850)
4) Press OK.
Hope this helps.

SMS wont be sent until restart

Hello.
I have a problem with a Touch HD2. Sometimes, when I send a message, it doesn't get sent until I restart / reboot the phone. When I do, all the messages gets sent at the same time.
I had the same problem with a Touch HD some months ago.
Anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks for help.

hmm, interesting one, what is your device currently set to for sending messages, i.e. GSM, GPRS?
Have you recently updated rom, radio or changed ril?
Have you tried running automatic setup again?
Can you provide more info please
Yeah, could be a radio problem or your phone not logging onto local masts.
Try a manual roam,.... Go to your network selection, search for available networks, then pick a network you are not on, ideally a network that uses a diff network frequency band thing. So if your nwtwork uses 900 research one that uses 1800 or vice verser. When you select this 'wrong' network it sould give you some kind of error and you should lose all network coverage. Then re select your correct network.
Try power cycling,... Turn off your phone, remove SIM & Battery, hold power button for 5 - 10 seconds. Then put everything back in and turn on.
Last one,... Go onto internet on handset, load a page you have never been on before that has alot of data on it, amazon or something, while its trying to load the page pull the battery out. Then power cycle as above.
I worked for Vodafone Cust services about 8 yrs ago,.... those 3 things usually sorted network issues.
+1
I have exactly the same problem on my HD2.
It's very occasional, and just a soft reset is necessary and everything's fine again.
I don't know why this happens.
Thanks

[Q] Cube talk 5h no 2G or 3G network connection

Hi, I just bought a cube talk 5h, but I don't have either 2G or 3G connection. All the rest seems to work OK. Somehow it knows that the sim card is there because it is possible to access the SIM section in the "settings", but does not ask for pin and at some point endlessly tries to access sim details without getting it. Impossible to make phone calls or 3g connection, of course. I did "factory data reset" and "update system" but did not work. I tried to reinstall the firmware, so I downloaded the file A5300_V1.03_20130927.zip, uncompressed and painfully tried to decode the Chinese instructions, but when I tried to run the "Flash_tool.exe" file it does not work on my windows 8 laptop, gives the annoying error "access violation at address xxxx in module flash_tool.exe etc...".
So the questions are: 1) Is there anything else I could do to recover 2G and 3G network connection? 2) Could the problem be in the firmware? 3) If so, is there any simple way to reinstall it without using this Flash_tool.exe software? 4) If not how can I make this software run in my computer? Sorry for all these questions but I fell out of solutions, and I never before installed any firmware, so don't even know the basics...
Thank for any help in advance!

Hi, I solved my problem, and I'll just put here the info to whom it may be of interest. In fact 2 problems occurred:
1) In my Cube Talk 5h (I don't know if it also happens with other Chinese manufacturers), the SIM card was not recognized until I removed the pin with another phone. Once the pin was removed (really removed and not only put to 0000!), I finally had 2G connection, but not 3G. If within the Cube I try to put again the pin, it will not be recognized anymore, so I guess there is no way to use a pin on this phone...
2) At that point I had 2G but not 3G, because the APN was not correctly set up, so I had to manually do it, and finally everything was OK.
Problems Cube Talk 5H ; no recognition of simcard

[Q] Nexus 5 will not automatically connect to cell network

Hi All,
I've been having an issue after upgrading from a Nexus 4 to Nexus 5 where the phone will not re-connect to the home network (or will only reconnect to GSM with no data) after losing connection. This happens for example when going into an elevator or parking garage; I'll lose signal and when I get back into a signal area it won't reconnect unless I go to the "Mobile networks" -> "Network operators" menu and select "HOME" or "Automatic Registration". I'm using Straight Talk wireless with an older T-Mobile SIM (before they switched to only AT&T). I've called Straight Talk a few times to try and debug this, but the only instruction they've given me is to reset the APN and set it up again, which I've done a couple times to no avail. They claim that the SIM card is good on their end. Any ideas what might be causing this?
Thanks!

It sounds like the Baseband/RIL problems I had with my old LG OP2X with non-stock roms. For me, it was fixed switching to aeroplane mode and back, it could also get stuck there, I remember it once took me half a day to get it out for I didn't want it to wipe it.
Any way, may be it's not the same but it could be fixed flashing a baseband, I think I saw a thread about it somewhere around... Also, flashing the full firmware should —if it's not a hardware issue— solve the problem without doing much research.
HI

Hi Were you able to get a solution for this, My nexus 5 does not connect automatically to the network, it works only for manual search.
Please help...
Same problem here. Any solution?
I'm stuck with out any connection for the las two days. Tried removing battery, airplane mode. manual search. nothing.
Tried my line in other phone and it worked, other line in my phone and it didn't.
S4 I9500. Paranoid 4 Beta 4.
I don't have a really good solution, i reflashed my phone to stock and it did not fix the issue. I ended up switching carriers to T-mobile and haven't seen the problem since. It seems it was a SIM or network problem like i suspected

Can't get connection to ANY carrier

Hi! I'm having some mayor problems with my OnePlus One.
For some time I have had problems getting calls and sms when using 4G but it seemed to be a problem with my carrier but 2 weeks ago I dropped my phone and the screen broke so I bought a new screen and replaced it. After that the connection to my carrier dropped randomly and now after trying to fix it in different ways I can't get any connection at all with any carrier !
What I have tried so far:
Factory reset
Reinstalled CM
Put paper under the sim for tighter fit
Turned the radio off and on and restart phone
Change pin code
Replace sim-card
Tried different carriers on my phone (my simcard worked on other phones so it is the OPO that is the problem)
Total restore by fastboot-flashing
Installed OxigenOS 2
Tried all modems from the modem collection on CM and Oxigen.
Retyped the APN by hand
Opened the phone again and checked that all cables are connected well
Tried manualy connect to my carrier under Network Operators
For a short time of maximum 10 seconds I got a 4G connection twice in now 3 days of trying but then it stops working again. It feels like a hardware problem BUT I can see a lot of different carriers under Network Operators but when trying to connect it loads for ever and then says "Can't register to your carrier". I called my carrier and thay said nothing was wrong from their end and when I tried on other phones it worked flawlessly.
I'm really out of ideas now and I don't know where to go from here. I really hope someone of you knows that might be the problem!
Thank you so much!
If imei present you can try mobile phone exchange offer on flip kart like online stores. When this happened to my phone I did it , very easy.
Sometimes opo dont search available network or wont register on any network.
Sulution: go to access point and reset it to default first then go to network and try to search for network n if ur able to search then try ro register manually and if it does not work then go to dialer and dial *#*#4636#*#* then click phone info and select the lte/gsm ato prl mode and then click turn radio off and again tuen it onn then smsc refresh and update ( i dnt remember it correctly) if that dnt help then ur network antena is damaged

S7 930u need help turning ON cell radio

I bought a s7 930v with a cracked screen which i replaced. I did a factory reset because the owner couldnt remember pin. When it loaded it said non verizon sim card inserted but couldnt find any networks. Because im in australia i thought that might be the problem so i flashed it to 930u. It all works but still no network. When i look in the settings it says radio off. I cant access any ussd codes so i cant use that to turn it on. What other options do i have? Do i need to root it and use an app or is there a adb code i can use. Please let me know step by step as i am very new to all this. TIA
