That is only the cover, they do not offer the actual keyboard yet for it. The keyboard shown is the Fuze.

thanks for the link, but that keyboard is for the fuze, not the touch pro.
@DSmithZ28; all i need is the cover, correct? i dont need the entire keyboard, i think?

With the default ROMs, the screen orientation changes in the Opera browser and the picture album only...and of course when the keyboard is opened.
...not sure if VueFLO will work. If they got it working on the Diamond, there's a good chance it will work on the TP.

Have you tried installing Gsen - it does the same thing.
No gsen for pro atm

According to the developer, gsen only worked on the early pre-release Pro ROMs. They are looking to fix it when they get a device of their own.
Yep...I tried Gsen. It worked only on the Programs List and ONLY the first time. All other tests failed and/or generated errors.

does it bug you?

i am sure that some of you have had eather a tmobile wing or att tilt before you had a touch pro. so does it drive you crazy that the touch pro is backwards? the arrow button is on the wrong side the key board slides out from the wrong side. my biggest concern though is that some of my apps will not work. i use pocket dos a lot has anyone tried to use it on the touch pro?

It bugs me more when forum members post short, non-descriptive thread titles that don't reveal anything about the thread topic. But as for the "backward" traits of the Touch Pro, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Having had the Wizard, Hermes, and Kaiser, I actually initially preferred that the Kaiser had the D-Pad on the right.
As a lefty, I agree - I preferred the 8525 to the 8925.

i dont know why they ever changed it
sorry i am still new here. but my main question is; are there problems with apps because it is backwards? and in full screen mode with say internet explorer how do you access the menus that you normally access with the soft keys? i have the wing.

I too came off the T-Mobile Wing, so it took a bit to adjust. I also had to do it when I got the Wing (coming off of the T-Mobile MDA), which slides the same way as the Touch Pro. Just one of them things!

Yeah but you drive on the wrong side of the road, so your opinion doesn't count.

i dunno what you mean by problems with apps i dont know how any would be caused
but good question about full screen and using soft keys. anyone got an answer for that?
For soft keys, you just tap the bottom corner of the screen and it selects the option.
Apps are always a problem, but the best thing to do is to try them. If they don't work, try to find the VGA version of it. As far as I know, tho, most modern apps resize themselves automatically, so it shouldn't be too much a problem.
As for the keyboard sliding the other way around, as a righty, and living in a place where we drive the CORRECT way, and we have actual CORRECT keyboards (as opposed to them 'AZERTY-ies' which are always the other way in everything) this took me a moment of getting used. But now it's fine and it' does not bug me at all.

I've done a search but I can't seem to find the original HTC Touch Pro theme....I would like to put it on my Fuze. Anyone know where I can find it?

He's looking for the Touch Pro theme, not the Diamond theme. The links you gave point to Diamond themes. They might work on a Touch Pro, but it's not clear in the posts whether they do or not. Several of the posts reference problems using Diamond themes on Touch Pro's. Perhaps you should apologize for being so snippy about it.
I have an AT&T Fuze and I'm also looking for the default HTC Touch Pro theme. If the Diamond HTC Black theme works fine, somebody please say so. If it doesn't, what other options are available that do work?
Here ya go!

[Q] Adding physical keyboard

I'm Looking for a company that makes cases or some other way to add a physical keyboard to a phone. I'm currently using n1 but will be switching to sgs2 when it's out in the states. Is there a company that makes something like this? Case that adds bluetooth sliding keyboard or something along those lines? I don't plan to use it all the time, but occasionally it would be really helpful. I heard of something like this for iphone. Thanks for recommendations!
you can download four files and "adb push" them onto the phone or just flash a ROM such as CM. then make sure you're buying a HDI bluetooth keyboard. then probably you need to enter some command into the terminal. so you'd better install a Gscript or other app to avoid entering commands manually.
I have a mini bluetooth keyboard that works fine. With my phone but I'm looking for something that would be able to hold them together. Like a traditional slider does.

If that one is Bluetooth it must work as well with Android. No?

Well it would work but I dunno if it would fit... I've been looking for something similar too. I suppose that this one could be "adjusted" to fit if i was happy to stick it on with something but i think to do that i would wanna buy a spare back cover for my N1 and it would look really ugly tbh not to mention that it would cover the camera. But I see where your going and it could be a very good solution for occasional use!

Need help with a sliding keyboard.

Hey Guys and Gals,
I am try to build a keyboard case for the blaze and I need any tips or suggestions on how to do it. Such as what type of keyboard and how to actually start. This is going to be like my new project. Thanks in advance!

Like the keyboards that are made for the iPhone? My suggestion is to make it Bluetooth.. Try to open one of the computer keyboards and see if you can make it smaller and similar
Yes, But I would like to know how to implement it like physically,
I was thinking for it to almost be similar to this. http://www.cellphoneshop.net/5keyboard.html?cagpspn=pla&gclid=CKyOzoWTobcCFQ_ZQgod0gIApg
Yes sort of like that. I mean I have the tools I just need the right way starting.

I have no experience in this. You should try to manipulate of how the keyboard is made and then resize it to make it for certain phones like the blaze.
That sounds too complicated. I'm just going to use my imagination

Imagination would work too lol
Sent from my Liquid-AllStar Blaze
really, what you should do is get the case that xWolf posted the link to, disassemble the part that hooks to the iPhony, and draw up a case that actually fits the blaze like a glove in some 3D cad program that will also re-assemble back to the bluetooth keyboard. Then you could find a direct-injection molder who can take your CAD (or whatever 3D program you use) and just make the case. OR you could get a 3D printer to do the job for you for more up-front cost, but cheaper per-unit cost
Dude.. That is way beyond my imagination. I was just going to use a case and a metal scrap mold it and make another case for the keyboard and attach it.

lol that works too
It does not look right bro. My friend's help did not really work out well either. :/
i could try to make a 3D model you could have printed up. what type of BT keyboard do you have? I might be able to make a slider-type thing, phone case with keyboard case that clips on and slides back and forth.
I'm going to buy from online preferably amazon. here is the link
