Hi I had the same issue.
I installed the program HTC Universal Video Phone.
However this takes a lot of our precious memory.
I also posted a request for some skin files.... however no-one replied yet.

It seem like your Dialpad Skin is QVGA. I had a semilar problem b4 using a QVGA dialpad on my VGA screen. But manage to get it back to normal. By uninstalling it.
I'll suggest to try installing a VGA dialpad screen.
A nice today plugin for most HTC's, tested on my wizard and universal.
Saw it in the Artemis and Athena threads, so I made it running on my Wizard.
How to modify it to your needs:

Serves the same purpose as O2 Plus....right?
i was able to get the audio booster working and somewhat get the media hub working (via flash only), but the audio booster seems pointless on such a little speaker.

I don't know O2 plus, so I can't tell.
It creates icon's on the today screen, so if that is what O2 plus does, then your answer is yes.

I had this Homeplugin on my Herald - but is there a way to modify the showed icon. I don´t use the battery,etc but would like to put own shortcuts. Is tehre a way????
Iuse iLauncher at the moment. But i would prefer a smaller software.

Footprint
Footprint was first only an htc tool used to sell a cheaper version of one of their pdaphones. A cab has been done to include it on Diamond and was working too with TouchPro.
So is there a cab with HTC Footprint for Topaz/Diamond2 ?

I have check for a footprint version for my topaz myself but couldnt find anything that works.
Maybe we shall concider an alternative geotagging software.
There are a few freewares over google!
Currently, to my knowledge, no one has been able to get footprints working with the topaz as of yet. Maybe in time, someone will figure it out.
So i've contacted Qik to ask when the programme will be available for the HD2. They basically said they don't know. I asked if the CAB from the Samsung Omnia II would work (because it runs Win Mo 6.5) and they sent me the CAB to test it. It installs but doesn't work.
Would anyone be able to get this to work?

is this program to do with recording live video on the internet? if it is i installed a version of this on my diamond 2, surely it would work on hd2 too. i got it from freeware pocket pc you should google it maybe try it out.
will this cab also work for the touch pro b/c I have a different version thats lower then this one??

Yes it is. No ther version works with the HD2......yet. I thought someone on this forum would be able to get the cab ( in the top post) to work with the HD2.

I sent them a messege on the twitter account hopefully they respond, they seem to be working with sprint for a evo 4g version already, hopefully hd2 isnt' skipped.
