Well, we have Web Camera Plus which allows phone webcam to be a wireless webcam via WiFi at a much higher resolution of 320 x 240 compared to 176 x 144 using the phone camera recording software ( on my HTC Tornado )
Hence, its much clearer if I record some clips using PC via WiFi or BT ( through WebCameraPlus) but the drawback is that WebCameraPlus does not capture audio.
If only it can capture audio as well, it would be great, we can even use our phone as a complete web conferencing device for MSN Messenger or other IM without the need for a separate mic.
So is there any sofware that can do that?
I've been looking for the same thing but haven't found anything yet.

One quick method, is use the speaker phone, and launch the camera in video recording mode, and start recording the video. It will pick up the audio from the speakerphone.
Perhaps not as good as commercial software out there, but it works

Nope. As has also been pointed out in my articles, the Vox doesn't support call recording (as opposed to some other Smartphone models).
Your best bet is enabling the speakerphone.

Yes, I was read your article about Vox. But I was not sure, that it doesn't support call recording at all, or there is no software able to capture incoming audio stream in this device.
It does mean, that software to full call recording is impossible to create for this device?
does anyone get decent live streaming with qik? I'm using an evo on sprint. I tried it with 3g and over wifi. It was a little better over wifi, but not nearly what i would consider decent, even with the video set to the lowest quality setting.
when i play back the video after it's finished uploading and saving it to the qik site, the video playback is fine. so it seems clear it's not the phone's camera. And i would have thought using the wifi would eliminate any speed issues. so it is a problem with the qik site/application?

Has anybody found a way to improve skype calls quality on this device?
At the moment it seems no matter if connected via WiFi or 3G, it's just the phone to limiit quality.
Outgoing voice is heard perfectly on the other side, it is the voice from the other site that lacks on the Touch Pro.
So, anyway to fix?
What about the VoIP support?
How does it work on this device?

I wanted to use my 8mp camera on the back of the tf700 for skype calls so i can just hook my tablet up to my tv and use the better camera.
Anyone knows how to?
