How do i change the screen tap click sound in windows mobile?
I have looked for the audio file for that sound but i cant find it. I would like to change it to something softer than the annoying default sound.

ok this seems like a simple request but 3 hours of google got me nowhere. does anyone know the sound file that is used by default for the hardware buttons? you know that little click sound that they make if you have the sound on?
or do you know the reg key that is used to assign it?
all i want to do is change the sound file but i can not for the life of me find the right one to change.

I, too, would like to change the sound that pressing the hardware buttons make but I can't seem to find the sounds anywhere and don't know what they are called.

I found many notifications audio but not the screen tap audio...
I was just wondering for anyone using this phone. How can I disable the sound on my camera when taking a picture? It makes a shutter sound and it's annoying. I can't find it in sounds and notifications. The video option does the same, except it makes a beep type sound the moment I press record, then everyone knows I'm recording lol. I'd prefer to just turn those sounds off somehow.
If I put my phone on silent mode, it still makes those sounds when using the camera.
Anyone have any ideas how to turn them off, or if it will be ok to delete the .wav file or whatever type it is? I don't know where that will be though.
Windows Mobile 6.0 if that helps.

I recently got Camera Zoom FX on my phone and there is the option to take pictures with the Volume Key. The problem is when I press it, it makes the ding noise from when you lower or raise the Notification Volume. Is there a file to delete so I won't have the sound anymore. I have my HTC Sensation rooted.
all the ui audio files can be found in /system/media/audio/ui/
thanks i found it, but now when i try to edit it it says read only, u know how to bypass it?
NVM: i got it i just unmounted or mounted the r/w idk what it is and i changed the .mp3 to .mpee3
