att kaiser cannot be flashed

I am trying to isntall a new rom from some availabe in the kitchen but when it it tries to start to write it just stuck on the 0% and have to reset it again. Even hardspl same problem !! its an att kaiser from america arrived few days ago from ebay.
Can someone help me out please !!!

DON'T try to install a custom ROM without installing Hard SPL first. If you have problems installing Hard SPL, read the hard SPL thread for more information.

Have you read the 2 stickied threads right at the top of the main page of this forum about Hard-SPL? If not, then you didn't install Hard- SPL first. And if you didn't install Hard-SPL (and according to your quote it does not look like you did), then you are lucky that you have not Bricked your Tilt yet!
Read the following links as well as the Kaiser wiki and search for more info.
Link1, Link2 and there is a 3rd thread in this forum that talks about Hard-SPL on devices with the newest drivers on them.

Just Got a Vario3, how's the steps to unlock?

after reading the sticky post, maybe I should do in this steps?
1、Flash in HardSPL ROM to unlock the CID
2、Check the SPL value on 3-colour screen, if it is SPL-1.0 OliPof then
3、unlock the simlock using the simlocker
am I right? guys, really need your help here

Can someone please explain about CID

I have unlock the sim on my Kaiser 8925
I have unlocked the cid
I have Flash a NoThrills V3
My question is do I have to do the CID unlocker each time I Flash a new rom

to find this out, hold down the camera button while pushing in the stylus in the reset hole it should take you to a tricolor screen that should say olipof blah blah blah. if it says this, you dont. if it doesnt, i would

I think the Wiki covers this. You can find most answers there faster than typing them in most cases.

Just run the SuperCID steps. This will security unlock your device. After my device got stuck with what was deemed, "the radio from hell" I have become and advocate of this process.
Seems that HTC has been doing some funny things. Jockyw2001 has confirmed this

All new radio's might be this way as they only way to change them is to update them.

Please help the Kaiser shows only bootloader and "serial"

I tried to update HardSPL 3.29 on my friend's Kaiser from AT&T. But it still stucked.
I run SDA-Unlocker .It shows ok.
After serveral tries the phone stucked So i use Kaiser SuperCID and Security Unlocker v0.1 by ockyw2001SPL and do step 1. I don't know what i have exactly done.
During copy it stays at 95 % !
Now every time i boot the device it shows only the bootloader
KAIS1*0
SPL-3.56.0000
CPLD-8
Seial
I can't upgrade other ROM any more.
I think i should take HardSPL 3.56force USB ? because ATT already has SPL 3.56 and WM I 6.1
What have i to do now ? I'm a little confuse because the phone of my friends. That is the gift from his brother. :-(

I will try the SD version.
Other question: should the battery loading at in bootloader ?

Try re-flashing the stock ROM for the phone. You'll either find it on the wiki or on your carriers website.

now, how do i know if it has hardSpl

You will need to know if your wizard is G3 or G4...according to your ipl/spl you have a g3...i could be wrong. there is a tool you can download to your desktop to check this
thread for the wizard service tool Check this out. install it and then click on "enable rapi + unsigned apps"...then click on device info. it should tell you if you are unlocked or not. after you do that...Go Here!!!
