I'm using NATF's V5 ATT Manilla loaded rom and when I install a custom SIP, it freezes Manilla.
I uninstalled and did a soft reset but Manilla still freezes. I had to disable it from the Today menu. This happened to me a few days ago and I had to do a hard reset. I would like to prevent this if possible.
Does anyone know a fix for this issue? I would really like to use the VITO ZoomBoard.

No, it also froze with Resco Keyboard Pro.
i suggest your PM herg concerning this manilla thing. might be a known issue.

Sure.
I installed Resco Keyboard Pro and then every time I scroll to the Email tab on manilla, it freezes. The rest of the phone works ok but Manilla doesn't move.
This happened with Resco and VITO Zoomboard.
Well, I finally figured out what was freezing my email tab.
Friggin' Windows Live. And I was using the newest version too. I only used it to sync my hotmail account but I can always just add it manually.
It took me 3 hard resets but I finally figured it out. Now I can use my Resco and Zoomboard.

Ok so I dont need this feature myself, but someone else was asking for it and I thought I had answe:
Start - Settings - Input - Options, untick "Capitalize first letter of sentence".
BUT, that does not change capitalizing in SMS? Why and wtf?

No, that wont do the trick.
It just disables T9 and word completion, but does not affect on capitalizing first letter (at least on my TP).
am having the same problem on my TP.. turned off capitalization, doesnt work.. infact, my problem is: If I write hello it'll automaically become hellHello... etc.. what to do>

Seems like word completion is still enabled. Turning it off on my tp worked for me, not for my wife's tp. I used this cab on hers and it is now off in everything.

Great dauber, thank you so much!!!!!! Finally it's gone. Now I only hope to find a solution to disable the "Capitalize first letter". Cause it's the same thing, I can uncheck the box, but it's still doing it.

recently, I installed Dutty's 2k8 Rom and its excellent, but just a bit problem with SIP.
I want to use other SIP software for inputing other language. After installed, the virtual keyboard of that SIP software cannot slid out and if I use real keyboard, the output from keyboard is still english character. I think it might have some conflicts with this ROM?
I even tried about 4 or 5 third-party's SIP software, not working either.
Does anyone have similar problem? Can you share the experience?
I dont really want to give up Dutty's ROM but other language input is a very important feature for me.

BTW: anyone knows how to uninstall PCM keyboard completely. Cus I uninstalled PCM cab, but the option is still there and the skin of the PCM keyboard is gone. I cannot get rid of it.

First i thought it had something to do with WM6.5, but apparently not. Getting "use setup menu and change the setting to match your city" which is extremely annoying especially when running full screen applications (seems like a weather program but don't have any installed). The list of software and games i have installed is long so if anybody knows which program is doing this (both Tilt and Fuze), i'd appreciate it.

Have you checked Windows Startup to see if a .mscr there or anything like? if not check your notification list too.

@stylez, nothing in the start-up folder that would cause it from what i see (pocketnotify, voicecommand, and htc startup).

So i'd go with that you have an old notification thats launched on boot leftover from a weather app, SKTools the free one should do for looking.

All else fails a hard-reset will get rid "had too how many times do we say that? lol"
I suspect it's a weather app as well, but i don't have any installed. Btw, hard reset won't do it because i've already done many and one of the programs i'm using is causing this.

The last version was for use on WM6.1, but i found that it doesn´t work well on the last 6.5 version. It´s a wonderful app, it cut´s all data connection at a given time, 1 min, 5 min etc... When you aren´t using data connection the app simply turn´s it of. Really good to save the baterry and you gprs data plan.

The software devolper said to me that he only works on iphone know. It´s a bummer because for me this is a must have on any windows mobile phone.

Now, I couldn't find a same one for Wizard, but I also couldn't find a similar one. I don't want that 6.5 scrolling menu, all I want is a simple menu like this, so can someone recommend at least a similar rom to this? Here's a screenshot. Thanks in advance!

Ok, but this is just "nk.nbf" file, I need those update tools, right?
I tried to swap this file with the same one for "CR96 Touch HD v2.9 Clean" and it installed the same ROM again.
Ok, I got that RUU MUN update thingy and copied this file you gave me with the update tool in the same folder, ran the update, everything went smoothly, done the update 100%, device restarted and it was the same damned ROM there! What the hell is going on?
