Is anyone else have a problem with the T9 and ABC settings? It seems that when you are in ABC mode email address will populate as you begin to spell them but in the email body no word suggestions are made. in the T9 mode it will suggest words in the body but will not auto populate the email address in the To or CC lines.
Anyone have any suggestions to fix this?

Hey guys, does anyone know of a way to have the Messaging app on WM5/6 look through contacts and assign the appropriate contact name based on the number from which the message was received? I know it does this automatically when a new message comes in, but how about for old messages, where the contact was not yet entered into the address book?
That is to say, at present, I have messages in my inbox that have no name associated to them, only a number. Since being received, however, I have added the number to a contact, and now wish the old message to recognise the message as one from that particular contact.
I'm pulling my hair out over this one, so any help is appreciated.
Rich.

Anyone?
Plus, I'm somewhat unsure of where else to look/ask for help...

There seems to be a problem with Finger Keyboard when I create new sms. If I try to type letters of someone I want to send message to, it does not automatically bring up list of contact names.

It's the same for me with touchpal pro...
I was just about write Rozental (the autor) about it. Still you have an easy workaround - type one more character and then delete it. And you get the list of addresses!!
Type the name and del one letter...
This workaround works for most keyboards, but donĀ“t work for TouchPal. Any ideas?
When I am typing an email (native client with exchange account) using swype and go back to correct a mistyped word, swype either inserts the correct word between the letters of the incorrect word or else inserts the corrected word somewhere else in the email. It basically creates a big nonsense word.
For example, if I accidentally typed "work" and want to change it to "word", swype will correct it as "wowordrk".
This problem isn't there in gmail or messaging. This makes using email impossible if I make even one mistake.
I've had this problem on gtg's Infused 2.2.3 and now with VictoryRom 1.7.
Anyone else have this issue? Any fix?
Can anyone explain how the Personal Dictionary Shortcuts is supposed to work in JB 4.2.1?
I have entered text such as an email address in the phrase field of the Personal Dictionary with an associated shortcut, but if I enter the shortcut into say a log on page of the browser nothing happens, not even a suggestion. I have tried the shortcut in various other text related apps with the same result.
