prophet gets hang on pop up menu

Hi Friends.

o2 zinc hangs during Activesync

On above, its funny, mine is ROM wwe_Rm3070712, WinMobile 6 Pro. Installed only with o2 themes, fontpatch for chinese language support, and Smart text .
Problems are :
1) it hangs everytime after 1 hour on synchronising (on ActiveSync 4.5).
2) The power ON/OFF can only wake up the device from sleeping mode; cannot do a ON/OFF to power on or shut down. To soft reset, must use the poke hole method - small issue that I can live with it.
Previously using winMobile 5, no such things happened. Someone said removing the o2 themes solved the problem. I would do so if not for embedded o2 Calender that can display 6 grid lines to show 6 upcoming appointments. This is a must have feature to me.
Advice appreciated.

If you've set up everything, just tap the screen again and it should finish the customisation and reset.

Undo activated unlock screen in WM 6.5.

Since yesterday I have the following problem:
When I touch the buttons of my HTC Diamond Touch 2 (WM 6.5) an unlock screen appears.
Yesterday I configured a new mail account, and in the confusion I also activated the unlock screen.
The box “prompt if phone in unused for” is gray instead of black so I can’t remove it.
I want to unlock my phone with the slider as I used to do.
Who knows the solution for my problem???
John.
try a soft reset
cheers, stephan
Soft reset sounds horrifying for me.
Can you tell what will be lost with a soft reset?
How can I soft reset my WM 6.5?
John
Tried soft reset, no result, still this stupid password unlock screen...
I want my unlock slider back, i want to be the boss over my own phone.
Does somebody now a solution other than hard reset?
John.
do you have any additonal software installed on your device that may modify the lock settings? If not, I have a feeling you have to go to settings> security>phone lock and uncheck the box that says "prompt if phone unused for" Hope it helps.

[Q] I-mate ultimate 9502

Hi po....I tried installing the SRS WOW HD to my I-mate ultimate 9502 and then soft-reset it. Unfortunately, it won't completely switch on. It only shows the blue screen with the I-mate logo at the center. It stays that way until it runs out of battery. Does anyone know why is it so? What happened to it & how can I resolve this problem. I can't open my phone.....Please help po.
Thanks.

is SRS WOW HD applicable software with I-mate ultimate 9502? if not, what is the best sound enhancer for I-mate ultimate 9502?

Unfortunately, this application is not compatible with the 9502. It prevents the phone from going past the first (blue) boot screen. To have your phone running again, you'll have to hard reset it. Your phone will return to its factory defaults, thus deleting all the applications you have installed, as well as your personal data and settings. Hope you have a recent backup (e.g. Spb, Sprite) to be used afterwards. Otherwise, you'll have to set your phone up all from scratch. Anyway, to hard reset your phone, slide its screen up, thus revealing its hardware keyboard. Then, press and hold both the blue 'Fn' and the big green 'Call' buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the keys only when a confirmation screen comes up, and confirm the procedure by pressing the left softkey (with should be labeled 'Yes').
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon.
Regards,
Carlos
