I just got a CMDA Touch Diamond and it came with the Leather Velcro case. I’m willing to trade with some for the HTC Touch Diamond Pouch PO S390.
Below is the link to see how the velcro case looks like.

Yes, 3000 mAh: http://www.mugenpowerbatteries.com/; taking pre-order now.. Main concern lies in the added thickness and the possible interference with GPS (though the website claims no interference)
Won't this give less network? Cause acording the manual the antenne is located in the area in the middle of the lens, I have now the 200mAh and just bought it cause it was cheap at DealExtreme to pull 100 bucks out of your pocket you must be shore thats not giving problems.

Thanks for the info! They indeed carry the battery cover. EUR 34,93 incl shipping for a battery cover is a little pricy though?
Does anyone have any experience whether warranty would cover this?

What reason do you have to think it would n 't?
Diamond is Diamond and the connections are all the same.

Probably because I've already ordered a "Diamond Cradle" from one online company (Daydeal) and had to return it because the USB connector was
1) in the opposite direction and
2) located about 2.5 cm closer to the backplate
Daydeal has since revised that particular listing as GSM.
That's why.
i have the PDAir Aluminium case, and boy it has saved me from some damage. Though, when i used the leather pouch i was unfortunate enough to drop it and now have 3 nice dents in the bottom of it
Read all about the otter case in a review for the straight desire - the defender model it was.
I wasnt overly impressed.
So in light of this can yuo accessory experts point me what YOU think is the best usable (I.E. doesnt look like a tank or bomb shelter) case. I am thinking somethin silicon?
anyway, would really love ya expert opinions! I need to protect my phone - more frlom falls than anything else, am a fairly cluimsy 6'4'' so it has a long way to drop!
respect!

I made it yesterday to try and help people to decide what to get as a case for their HTC desire HD. I tried the HTC S550 pouch and 2 silicon cases. Didn't really know what I was going to say so I just started talking and showed my DHD a little with its accessories (still in love with it) but at the end I dropped my Desire HD on the floor luckily my appartment is all carpet

I bought the exact same gel case as you showed in the video (grey). I bought it from an ebaystore called Londonmagicstore. I paid 3gbp including shipping to sweden. Fast and reliable. As I don't have the DHD yet (is to be released next week in sweden) I hope it fits.

Helpfull video mate. I just ordered two silicon/gel cases from Ebay myself and they bought are coming with protective film for the screen. I am really looking forward to getting them as I am paranoid about damaging my new DHD.
Thx for the video - off to watch it now!
The best protective case by far, and the case I use on my HTC HD, Samsung Galaxy s and HTC desire, is the Pdair aluminium metal case.
http://www.pdair.com/
Unfortunately, for some strange reason, they don´t plan to make this case for HTC Dsire HD
If you are interested, drop the a mail and request that they make a aluminium case for the HTC Desire HD as well. [email protected]
Just thought I'd vouch for the eBay cases! Remember, they all come from the same factories in China, you're only paying extra for the branding 'SuperShield' 'MegaCase' etc. There are some exceptions but very few. I bought my case for £2.35 with a screen protector and it's perfect, a great fit and nice feel! I've never spent more than a couple of pounds on silicone/plastic cases or screen protectors and all of my phones remained in perfect condition months after I bought them. Will post links soon.
Regards.
Cannot see anyone being unhappy with this case..... £2.65 an absolute bargain.

just bagged one of those from ebay - so thanks and yeah will feedback what I think of the case and protector!

Now that is strange! When I click the link it says the seller has updated his listing and the price shows £29.65!!! I've emailed the seller to ask what is going on as it definitely was £2.65 this morning. Maybe the increased traffic spooked him .
Anyway just to reinforce my point regarding the branding of goods from the same Chinese source, here is CaseHut's listing for the ORB Gel Case..... look familiar?? £5.99 plus postage..... hmmmm!!
Anyway, the case fits well and gives good protection. All buttons are placed correctly and the camera lens, flash and charger port all have good access. Hope this shows that you can keep your expensive phone SAFE without breaking the bank.
Regards.
I received my silicone case I paid 2.95 for on eBay today and the quality is great the fit is perfect and it doesn't make the phone too bulky. Another thing is the case makes pressing the power and volume buttons a lot easier
So overall I am delighted with the case.

metal case here for 15 smackeroons...sems ok. anyone bought this one? Any good?
I guess the seller hopes that someone actually buys it without noticing the high price. He must know that others recommend this product, and well, sneakily tries to make huge profit....

Hey there!
I'm looking for a rubber black case for my new coming Samsung Galaxy S battery (3000 mAH) which I bought from batteryupgrade.com
Anyone know where I can get a "good" rubber case for it?
None exists
Sent from my Apple Newton 2100 running at 206mhz
I thought about getting a cheap silicon case for the Galaxy S and then cutting out the back to allow the petruded part to go through the cutout.....
Well, that would work too, but I want to buy a product which is finished made, not something I want to modify to cut the silicon or something.
I thought those giant batteries pack like Mugen and the one from batteryupgrade is well known? strange no companies are making something to protect the them.
Not sure...found the rubber case on the Amzer...but for the extended battery...I'm not quite sure about that....

135 $$$$$
It costs too much.
One 3000 A battery, plus the back cover, from honk king costs 15 $$$$
that is a bit
It doesn't seems to expensive, but i don't think the extended range makes up for the enlarged dimensions.
This is a placeholder for now

here is where I buy my stuff, http://www.netimes.com/shop/htc-dopod-htc-desire-hd-c-80_779.html
it is very cheap and I have it in less than 48 hours if you pick the DHL express shipping, that does coast $25.00 but I only order a lot of stuff when I buy from this company, I ordered about 8 - 10 cases two batteries a DHD stand with the ability to charge a 2nd battery, got it all the NEXT day by DHL
Nice prices. Next day? That's awesome. How's the quality? And thanks for the link.
ATT has the Speck Candyshell in Grey for it. I was so happy to see that and since I get 25% off accessories I picked it up. Man they already had otterbox case and others for the atrix along with the $500 stupid dock

I have not been disappointed in the quality at all. One time I had an item that broke (it was a Desire desk charger) I emailed them and they sent me a new one.

How's the thickess of the case? I'm trying to decide between the Speck and Otterbox.
Batter Door + Sim/SD Door
Anybody knows where I can get the batter/Sim doors? The sim/sdcard door I broke almost in half trying to pull it out the first time, and the battery door I couldn't get it open so I had to use flat screwdriver to get between that slit on the side, so there's scratches on that area.
Thanks
