So you know when you're entering in contact names in email/sms messages in WM6 Pro and names popup as you're typing? Is there any app to enable that sort of functionality in WM6 Standard?
wm6.1 standard adds that feature... I just upgraded my Blackjack to TX Caeser's WM6.1 Standard beta 3 and that feature is now present.

Hi,
I had previously modified the left softkey on my WM5 Treo 750v to launch SMS or Email. I have now upgraded to WM6, and cannot seen to achieve the same with the cab file listed in the forums.
Is it possible on the WM6 Treo version?
Thanks
Hello,
on my old Qtek8300 I can write a new SMS and also select the number of an adressee, whom I do not have in my own phonebook, from my company's phonebook via Global Address Lookup (GAL).
The Qtek8300 has Windows Mobile 5 (Smartphone Edition).
However on Windows Mobile 6.1 devices the Global Address Lookup is only accessible when writing a new email, but not when writing a New SMS !!!!
(Tested on a Samsung Omnia i900 with WM6.1 as well as on a TyTN II with WM6.0.)
Has anyone else also experienced this ?
Does anyone know a solution for it ?
Since I have win 6.5 on Samsung Intrepid I only can send one of contact thru Bluetooth, cannot send to a MMS or Email or SMS, these options were available in 6.1 Dash, any reg hack ?

Hey folks,
i tried several sms counter, for example the efficasoft one, Kais sms counter and phone dashboard, none of them even count one of them.
I am running WM 6.1, but even tried WM6 without threaded sms
So i guess the sms path is different on PALM phones from other WM6.1 releases.... can you verify that?
Is there anyone using a text message counter that is working prooably on the TREO 750?
I upgraded to WM 6.5 (OS 5.2.21889..., Manila 2.5.2012...ROM 2.04.651.1) recently on my HTC Touch Pro2 from Sprint. I may be somehow overlooking it, but I cannot find a way to directly choose the Notes application. I can use File Browser to open a note that was entered during my WM 6.1 days, but I just cannot find a way to open the Notes application first.
When you go under the start menu look for Outlook. When you open that up you will see your notes
