Agenda fusion 6.86 as default PIM?

First I was using the Pocket Informant and I use it as a default PIM (it was determinated in the PI settings) but I don`t like that every time I wan`t to acces the Contacts (original windows) it opens the PI contacts. So I switch to Agenda fusion and is a great piece of app...but I like to make it accesable from the today screen...I mean by clicking on the callendar in today screen...In PI it was possible, but I cannot make it possible in AF....anybody can help? :roll:

Birthday - Help!

I need some help! I have a PDA that has installed WM5.0, PIM Pocket informant 2005, SPB Pocket Plus and SPB Diary!
I sync to the PC with Microsoft Outook 2003 (Active Sync 4.1).
The thing is, when I want to had a birthday to a contact, that is easy and it appears on today plugin of SPB Diary!
The problem is when I don't have a contact (like my 9 month's child, for instance). How do I solve it?
I know vbirthday, but that won't integrate with SPB Diary and Today plugin and Pocket Informant database. It will appear another plugin in today!
I thought about adding a contact with only birthday, but it seams dumb!
How will I solve the problem???

Hello, try making a calendar appointment in the PPC calendar, say Birthday of (whoever). I tried this once on my Universal, worked. If it doesn't, try to set the repeating to 1 year. Then sync it. Good luck

Pocket Informant 2007 - Issues with calendar soft key

I've install Pocket Informant 2007 today to my Storage Card (as its so big). I have also configured Pocket Breeze to use this as default PIM, however the Calendar softkey when pressed gives the following error:-
\WINDOWS\PICalendar.lnk
The file 'PICalendar' cannot by opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore this file.
I can load it ok from its shortcut in the Programs menu and from pocket breeze so its not the application thats not working.
Any ideas on how to sort this out? Is it because its installed to the Storage Card instead of local memory?

I bet the file is not in the Windows folder.
You could change it to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs\PocketInformant\PICalendar.lnk (sorry guessing here )
Or even better, use THIS tool to assign PI to your softkeys
Works on VGA and qVGA devices.

Tasks reminder is missing?

I hope I can post this question here. I have HTC TYTN II, WM6, ROM version 1.56.405.5, 8/28/07 and there is a problem with tasks.
When I set new task and add reminder to it, after a few days task is still there but has no reminder. I is a big problem because it wont set off any alarm because task has lost its reminder. Does anyone know why is this happening? Is there any program on my phone that is doing this?

Fast way to book an appointment for Tomorrow at 8:30

I use Pocket Informant to book appointments.
on my HTC Touch Pro 2.
It annoys me how slow it is.
All I want to do is
(1) look at some sort of agenda of my booked appointments and (this could be optional)
(2) quickly add an appointment.
Scenario:
I decide to meet someone at 8:30am tomorrow.
I just want to book it quick and type in a brief description.
DONE.
I think Windows Mobile is outdated.
Any suggestions ?

Don't u use HTCActionScreen? I use it to input appointment, task & contact by Pocket Informant 9 easily. I don't think WM6.5.5 on my HTC Touch Pro 2 is outdated. A lot of things could be done by WM6.5.5 and couldn't be done by iphone, blackberry & symbian (yet). WM6.5.5 is the most customisable mobile device at this present time
