I hope I can post this question here. I have HTC TYTN II, WM6, ROM version 1.56.405.5, 8/28/07 and there is a problem with tasks.
When I set new task and add reminder to it, after a few days task is still there but has no reminder. I is a big problem because it wont set off any alarm because task has lost its reminder. Does anyone know why is this happening? Is there any program on my phone that is doing this?

Problems I am experiencing are:
- After XDA hasn't been used for some time it takes a while thill I get response from pressing Start or Phone
- I use the XDA a lot with setting the Volume to only Vibrate. Aparently - and with no reason - it sets itself to off and changes the icon in the top bar.
- I use active sync agains a Small Business Server 2003 behind a dialup network with dyndns. I can sync my emails between soft resetting the XDA and getting a new IP. Afterwards there is no other way then resetting the device.
Any ideas?

I need some help! I have a PDA that has installed WM5.0, PIM Pocket informant 2005, SPB Pocket Plus and SPB Diary!
I sync to the PC with Microsoft Outook 2003 (Active Sync 4.1).
The thing is, when I want to had a birthday to a contact, that is easy and it appears on today plugin of SPB Diary!
The problem is when I don't have a contact (like my 9 month's child, for instance). How do I solve it?
I know vbirthday, but that won't integrate with SPB Diary and Today plugin and Pocket Informant database. It will appear another plugin in today!
I thought about adding a contact with only birthday, but it seams dumb!
How will I solve the problem???
Hello, try making a calendar appointment in the PPC calendar, say Birthday of (whoever). I tried this once on my Universal, worked. If it doesn't, try to set the repeating to 1 year. Then sync it. Good luck
I need it, because of saving battery. I have instaled a lot of stuff, suitable for me. And now is only this problem. Why is my hermes always on ??

I've solved problem probably. TREO ALERTS contains script "refresh.mscr" and there was setted up refresh time 30 seconds. I've changed to time higher as stand by time. Everything looks OK, now. I will see.

i'm using thumbcal atm.. this is truely a great program. only weakness is that thumbcal doesn't have any today plug-in by itself, so i've been looking for a today plug-in that displays tasks and appointments.
i've tried todayagenda, calendar+, tasksplus, quicktask, quickagenda and many other programs, and the result i got is : they are linked to OUTLOOK, not Thumbcal even though i made Thumbcal default PIM program.
however default task and appointments plugin that is included in windows mobile works well with thumbcal(not calling outlook but thumbcal to add/edit materials).
yeah, so i can use default plug-ins. they're free and clean and simple. only problem is, I can't find a way to integrate to my UL or HomeScreen/Batterystatus++.
is there any help i can get? i'm looking for some kinda third party plugin that uses thumbcal to edit/add materials, or any method to integrate default appointments/tasks plugin to UL/HS++

I'm bringing my tilt to school and it of course has Windows Mobile on it. Are there any programs that can:
1. remind me to do things
2. show things like tonight's homework, etc, on the today screen
3. allow me to put test dates in (lol i know i can use calendar for this)

also, can I use manilla2d with any apps like this?

The normal agenda included on wm6.1 is enough for that tasks, no need to install any other software
