Looking for a faster ROM - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario ROM Development

I am looking for the fastest ROM for my 8125/Wizard.
Obviously stability is a key factor too. I don't care about features as much as speed. I can always install options later.
I have had 5 or 6 different ROMs on this phone so far and right now Im running the Throttle Diamond II.
Thanks for your suggestions
Chris

Tried clean j.vd spank's ROM?
real fast, has nothing in it...

try not to be a jackass and post something as pointless as this. Here is something for you to read and increase your intelligence quotient before you mouth off something and show you have a 10 year old brain powering your head.

@to the rest of the people
On a different note, i have been using this rom for a while now and i find it pretty sluggish. Cant wait for the the touch pro to hit retail.....cheers all...
Is it possible to access WPA2 AES encrypted wireless network with this ROM? Or some patch may be... ?
Can anyone pls upload another link beside this coz sometimes it can download or not. looking forward to get this app.
Thanks,
Kent

Your post says more about you and your lack of common courtesy or elementary politeness than list of things I possess or lack in your opinion. Funny, though, how same post you directed at me could be used exactly to describe you. Useless...

Thanks! I think It could be what i'm looking for. But It isn't on the wiki page where the ROM's are posted. Could you tell me something about it? and... have you tested the 1.5 version?

I am sorry for the answering too late m8 I have not tested the new 6,5 os as I heard it has many bugs with in so I decided to wait for a while but I can strongly recommend you to try version 1,4 with Manila2d ; it is realy fast , stable and good looking if you want it to be more faster you should use home screen plus plus to overclock your phone 221 mhz is enough for the clock speed and it drains a little battery power

Custom 6.5 roms

I was just wondering what people's opinions were on the two 6.5 ROMs, Fireburned's and Frauhottelman's. I've tried both and myself prefer Fireburneds, mostly because i like the look of the homescreen better. Are there any features you find one has and the other doesnt? How about bugs?
p.s. they're both great work, i'd have no idea where to begin and the time they give is great, thanks

They are both(Fireburn & FHT) legends in this way to made our voxes pleasent in use......and we people in this forum are really greatful for their best work. According to me their works are known for the following ways
FB = Efficiency , FHT= Better battery timing
Two thumbs up for both of these

Help me pick a ROM, please

I have a Verizon TP2. Right now I am running the January 2010 Verizon update (WinMo 6.5, Sense 2.1).
Verizon activated my SIM so that I can use global roaming, and I have read that some of the ROMs have problems with global data/roaming. I don't want to flash if it's going to cause a problem like that.
I'd appreciate your suggestions. Thanks

unfortunately it is all personal preference...here is how I see the two ROMs.
MightyROM is very solid. Not a lot of compatibility issues and it runs very smooth. I would say it has more stability and gives away a little bit of speed to the NRG.
EnergyROM is solid as well, it seems to load programs faster but doesn't seem as stable. I required more restarts (every other day), but everything just seems a little quicker on the NRG ROM.

Cookers have been using new video drivers lately, so it shouldn't be a problem. Anyway, it has been asked thousand of times, and no one got the right answer for this "matter". It's just as you see it, as you feel it, though HTC official latest rom is kinda stable and fast itself. I'm currently experiencing neon's rom, which seem pretty nice to me. Anyway, the most reliable roms out there are TAEL's, NRG's Energy, Captain's Special, Timolol (stock like, so it's supposedly faster), MonaRom, Exquisite and James' roms. So, since i've tried EVERYONE OF THEM, im about to tell you that's kinda personal, and cooks are doing their best to make an old PDA such as Raphael kind of new and always up-to-date. The best thing about deciding is to try, and fail. Failing brings stubborness, which brings success
You can't really get best and fast on the touch pro.
You can get the best -- roms with sense 2.5, cookie's home tab, 23xxx wm builds.
or
You can get fast -- roms with sense 2.1, stock sense home tab, 6.1 or 6.5 21xxx wm builds.
Test out a few, all the cooks have great details and screenshots in their release threads to help you decide what version you want. Try a 23xxx build with stock sense hometab, try a version with 21xxx builds. Try out a few and try to find a tolerable threshold of features + speed.
If you REALLY want best and fast, consider upgrading to either an HD2, or a Toshiba TG01. Unless you can overclock your current phone, everything will be fast on one of those 1ghz snapdragons. Of course with so many other options (android, wp7, ios4) I doubt too many people will be upgrading to another wm device.
@g0ldb3rg thank you so much my friend for everything ... and yes im using the Energy rom right ... its rly rly got alot of functions and features and work great but its just slow i mean i cant have fun when the phone slow click the start and take like 1.5 to 2.5 second to respond hehe neon sound great but 2 much graphic lol
@hartleyshc i wish rly i can update to HD2 or any WM7 devices but first im waiting for HTC to provide WM7 cuz seriously no one like HTC or Dell ... but in all cases i dont have the right money to change my PDA now lol ... plus i like the qwerty keyboard in my Pro this is what make it the best for me hahaha
thank you guys so much....
don't worry about it, i highly doubt WM7 will be ported to touch pro, though. Anyway, if you want a nice and fast rom, try the dusk themed neon rom, it works kinda nice to me
If the rom is clean and it has few programm(less htc programms-more stability )the faster it will be..If you want speed just use titanium versions..The neons and timolols roms are the faster roms ive seen so far..With some tweaks and overclocks the phone will fly up to the air...hehe...just like mine..
@g0ldb3rg thank u so much again bro ... and yes im gonna download neon rom right now and gonna test it and let ya know
@mixalhsxalk thanks man and yes im gonna download neon and timolols too hehe and hope its gonna fly like ur phone hahaha if u can provide me with link for the same rom u r using and i hope its not titanium versions i like the sence more hehe

Also if you prefer Sense, try a stock Sense rom. Cookie's home tab slows down a system a lot that doesnt have a high end cpu (read: snapdragon)
