i have problem, i wanna to translate rom to english and now only what i have on screen is serial v1.02
what i do, pls help??
edit: i had use MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe and when i animate that they show me:
this rom upgrate utillity does not desing for your device
please get proper rom upgrate utillity and try agin

Hello, I have a Xda Neo with a english rom Dopod.
I found a italian rom by I-mate and when the update starts, the pda remain in boot mode and the computer tell me : error 326, invalid command.
My pda is locked in the boot mode! can you help me please?

Did you managed to get your device to work again? How?
you can only up rom to equal or higher than 2.15.xxx .
I-mate is 2.13.xx (lower).

I update rom windows 2006 for my dopod but I see that file .bat used code in english ! and when update it have problem bebuz my dopod 818 pro using Chinese traditional ! sothat it hang ! after that i hardreset or softreset its stuck on boot screen ! how can i re flash becuz its's say that "invalid vender ..." ! how can I use noid update like Blueangle ! huhuhu ! if no way to re flash .... is my phone die ???

i'm very very stupid , i have installed my Magician 818 T-Mobile (Compat I) with phrophet.
so.. i can't use my magician anymore.
this is the information have changed
IPL 2.06.0001
SPL 2.G4.4PDA
GSM 02.19.21
OS 5.2.19.48
Now.. I already download form www.t-mobile.com <--- WM5 for 818 compact I
but... i have problem then.
i extract the ROM file, copy MaUpgradeUt_NoID.exe into same folder, changes my 818 to bootloader mode, USB connected (but activesync can't connecting-of course)
Using MaUpgradeUt_NoID.exe it says error i try again and again and again and again.. but.. no result .
now my magician is totally cannot enter the OS , only stop at the Dopod Logo(not the OS logo).
pls help me...

Hey dude..bit more info might b nice...what error is it saying? connection error? or ROM error? or what?.. and if it's connection, what OS u running? you need special drivers for the Magician if you're running Vista..
Try unplugging you battery then plug it back - press power button - it will work but just until you press reset. And no more upgrades

hey dude this dopod logo is really an irritating prob u knw wat jus do a hard reset once n den try coz dopod logo take long long time to go n enter the boot loader mode..
so jus giv it a try i hope it works for u ..

i tried to download new rom to my jasjar but suddelly it did not boot , it just give me empty screen with one word in the above "serial" , when i connect it to my pc the serial work chabge to "usb" , itry to reninstall the rom with no luck , please help guysssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss !!!!!!!

3-try to reinstall the rom

I think my uni is dead:S I can update the rom and the phone is bad. After the uptade its dont boot and dont enter the bootloader mode. Only Hard Reset srceen.

1.8.1.4 to 2.5.0.1 and now i cant get bootloder screen , huawei logo then black(gray) screen .... i search forum , try everything in rom menager and nothing ..... Anybody pls help me PLEASE .....
