When I add a favorite to the favorite panel and try to add a contact photo right away, the camera does not offer the "contact photo" mode... in fact, you cannot choose any mode there...
Anyone else having this problem? Is there a way to change this? (To have "contact photo" as the default mode?)

Hi,
I have a little annoying problem. One of the contacts in the favourite list has the default action set to "Send Message" (I'm talking about the little icon just below the photo and name).
The problem is that all (but one) of my favourites have the default action set to Call Contact (the little earpiece icon) except this one.
I want to have every action set to "Call Contact" but I can't find any option where to change it.
It's the only phone number I have for this contact and it is filed under Mobile.
Can anyone help me with this?
scroll down to the contact, then press right or left
I think he is talking about the favourite contacts and not the contacts app. only way i know to do that is to delete the contact and then add them again and you will be able to choose between send message and call
I now seem to fall into the "crappy cell-phone" category with the SGS4G, but have found a couple things that seem to help a bit.
I've found that turning on image stabilization is pretty essential
Tap left drawer
Settings from right pop-up
Camera tab
Scroll down to 4/5
Select Anti-shake
"Night" mode seems for me to be essential for any indoor shooting
Tap left drawer
Settings from right pop-up
Camera tab
Select "Scene mode"
Select "Night"
Click the disk icon to confirm
I tried "Party/Indoor" but find that it often doesn't find focus.
Has anyone found anything to help the horrendously slow auto-focus time?
For some reason I cannot find the option to have the phone automatically save into the google account when adding new contacts. Its set to save to phome by default. Anybody know where the option is to fix this?
when adding the contact, up top (left hand corner) you'll see where you are saving the contact and it will have a small downward facing arrow next to it, touch that and all options should drop down and just choose your google account there.
Hello everyone,
Just wanted to bring up an issue that I'm having, and wanted to see if anyone noticed the same problem. When an iPhone user selects multiple photos and sends it via MMS, it comes to the N5 as 1 whole MMS. When you select the photo it does not give you the option to save it. The option to save a photo in hangouts is the top right menu button when you select the photo in a message to preview.
Now....when the same iPhone user sends the picture one by one, that is when you can select the photo to save it. Is this an issue.....or is that how it's going to be?
When you're in the Pro mode in the camera application, you have the option of saving the settings your using, but i can't find a place to edit the name of the saved setting, is that even possible? Would be nice to call the settings something else beside Custom 1/2/3...
