hello,
im searching for a today plugin that shows me all running programs on one simple line. when clicking on the icons i should have the options to close or maximize the program. is there something on the "market"?

I've been searching for a today plugin that will do a drop down list of my PIE favorites so I don't have to open IE wait for the page to load or stop it and click favorites.

I did a pretty extensive search but found noting at all.
Quick menu
Try quickmenu. It doesnt put them on your today screen, but It puts your favorites in your start menu, which is pretty convenient.

I am using throttleLauncher and would like it to be the replacement of the internet-tab. I could hardcopy my favorites but I 'manage' my fav's in PIE or Opera. A 'dynamic' and current set in a plug-in is what I'd like.

I just got a XDA Orbit 2 ( HTC Touch). Now im looking for an appLauncher like tdLaunch. I want Icons on the desktop on which I simply press the stylus and the according app starts... Just like the quick launch bar in windows...

You ought to look at the tray launch feature in BatteryStatus. That's what I use for my today launcher. And the popup launcher in WkTask is fantastic as a launcher over other programs. Both of those are free and you can find them on this board.
yeahh... well thtas all too much gadgets... I got batti which is very small in size on the display and gives a full overview over my battery status...
All I need are little icons on my PPC Desktop without no frills...

The current beta also includes a small today plugin to launch the menus from today screen. (And transition animations for submenus and finger gestures, similar to the HTC cube. There's a cube animation, too, but not as default because I'm afraid slow devices won't show it properly.)
Apart from that, I'd recommend cLaunch or maybe rlToday, if you want more freedom but also more complicated setup (XML file).

cLaunch dont seem to work properly on my touch though, but installed the before mentioned launcher and thats ok for me.

Now I can see only Time, calendar and calls..
I try to set the tasks in START-SETTING-TODAY-ELEMENTS but nothing.

A simply way to it's to sobstitute calendar with tasks activity.

I try to use advance config tools secion TouchFLO 3D but no sets are here for my problem.

No other Today plugins/items can be used if TF3D is activated.
Until someone works out how to add task to TF3D itself (I assume by editing the XML bits of manilla) you will not be able to do this.
What would be really useful is if someone figured out how to add a Tasks tab to TF3D and also a Calendar tab too (I know there is one but I don't think it shows highlights on days with appointments etc).
People are working on these things so I tihnk there will be a solution down the road.

So to solve the only way is to disable TF3D.
No solucion installing SPB Mobile shell o similar becouse with TF3D active it's impossible to add Tasks in Today Screen too.

It's incredible you buy a terminal It's cost 800€, and you have to put a cab to fix double contact SIM and Cellular, You can't display the active tasks..., ....!!
But the ingeneers are tested this, or the most important think is to have a good weather tasks?

I have been searching for a Touchflo Tasks tab also with no luck. My best solution thus far as been to remap my PTT button to my tasks. This definitely isn't too bad to work with. I use NATFs ROM on my Fuze which already has remapping tools but you can use fuzemobility.com and search for PTT remap if you need.
why dont you try that tf3d disabler that lets you switch between tf3d and standard today screen plugins? simple click of a soft key and your back and forth between the two.

That would be your best bet IMO.
install secondToday, map that app to the PTT button or some other hard key, and you can easily have an alternate today screen for expanded agenda and tasks. By installing SecondToday, you can have all of your plug-ins right at hand... and get to them from anywhere in the device.
It's the best of both worlds. Really.
Does anyone know if the newer versions of Touch Flo 3D will allow other Today plug-ins ? Such as Tasks, etc?
I just started using MTP (Manilla Today Page) and it's incredible.
Just what I needed to put SPB Diary as it's own tab in TF3D.
I couldn't use TF3D for months till i got this working, and i gotta say, it's gorgeous.
what is Manila Today Page?
Any update with the Tasks Tab?
Now with the new HTC HD2 - I think that TouchFlo is finally a decent replacement for SPB Mobile Shell.
However, I still miss the Tasks window to complete the tabs list...

I am using manilla 2D at the moment and the only thing i miss is the ability to view chronos alarms and a list of my appointments.
I used to have these as today plugins (chronos and today agenda) but with manilla you cannot use any other today plugin
I have searched but there are thousands of results for today plugins and i've not found an answer yet
I wanted a seperate App (pref free) to be able to put Today plugins on 1 page
i know of wisbar desktop and and it's ok but a bit overkill for just the one purpose.
So can anyone suggest anything ?

i have a problem, i cant get extra program icons in the program section, phone came with 18, and i got a PHM registry editor from freewarepocketpc.net and tried going to hkey ect. and adding more tabs.
the boxes with a plus for adding tabs are there, but every time i try to add program, the plus stays there and in the registry it shows the program with correct path already there, but the actual icon isnt there and it takes me to "add program" screen every time i push any icon (that stays with a plus) after the 18th one.
does anyone know how to add program icons that will work???
