I'm new here and i look on the google and other forums for a english rom for my qtek s200.I've found something but it say no vendor id or that the page does not exist.Have anyone ideea where can i found an english rom?it's a G4.

Depends on what style of rom you are looking for?
I use Korand 3.1 WWE Rom (WWE = World Wide English) - It is the best rom I have used by far and the most stable with WM 6.1.

Take a look at the attached link but remember to read the upgrade fully before attempting, you will need to run HardSPL to update your device SPL settings or the upgrade will not work!
Or search the forums for "Prophet Roms" there are many to choose from!

Sorry, I am new. I have a Qtek S100 that was bought with Greek ROM. I try to use WWE ROM upgrade and it tells me I have a Country ID error. Is is possible to change ROMs from one language to another?
Use search, this topic was discussed million times!
use the MaUpgradeUt_noID. u'll find it in the ftp server.
P.S. It would be beter next time before asking to do a search and u'll probably find ur answer.
You can use maupgradeut_noid.exe for this, but I bet you won't have a working magician afterwards. So make a backup of your rom on SD before you start. The Greek roms & devices are special & will not work in combination with other languages.

I have see that the 2.05 WWE, 2.20 and other version exists, but I have have difficulties to know what is the best version.

This rom on the french Forum was making with the laurentius Kitchen V7 based on midget Rom (one of the best base at the moment). she was cooked with oem application and after translate in french with french language file from WM6 emulator.
There is no competition at all, only a cooked rom with leo kitchen tools (thanks leo btw) and a translation !

Sorry for my BADEST english. I need install a clean rom in my P3600, WM 6.1 (like WM61 Korand) but I not found any - Korand 3.1 maked for QTek S200 devices. I need cook a new rom for this, but I don't say way to this. I need help.
Ok so my friend gave me a herald with the russian version of WM cant understand a damn thing. So reading here a little bit i am guessing that I need to flash an english version.
this is what i am working with.

spl 1.09.0001
os 1.8.0.0
Working with you see here what do I need to do to get this phone working in english?

You have a very old Russian firmware.
First install this:
HTC_P4350_RUS_4.17.411.2_4.1.13.44_02.94.90_Ship

Official upgrade to 6.0. Also in Russian, but IPL 4.17
Next, you can install the same official, but in English.

I recommend Aserg-Hard-Spl.4.70.yan - use the site search.
In addition, the upgrade to the radio version of GSM-03.18.90 - this is best. Same here.

Ok so first I flash the Aserg-Hard-Spl.4.70.yan then do the upgrade to the russian software? Or do I flash the SPL after the upgrade?
Also I have no idea of what buttons control what. for example getting to bootloader etc.
Im not new to this I have hacked my G1 several times just a different phone throws me off a bit. lol

getting invalid vendor id when i try to upgrade. is this an issue where the rom has not been signed? if so can someone point me to one that works.
I did the russian upgrade went smooth. now just having an issue getting the us to go.

Look Russian sites about Universal. for example, 4pda.ru
at 4pda you can find lot of Russian ROMs.
oops, i forgot.. Cotulla is Russian ROM maker (his roms run fine on G3 Uni's, on G4 broblems with flash disk)
