I need a recommendation about rom.Please help me!!!!

Hi firends.I want to learn if there is a rom which has wi-fi plugin on today screen as like shown on the picture in red line
and supports Live Messenger.If there is can anybody give me a link please

for that today plugin you don't need a rom, only an application that makes that wi-fi connection to show on your today screen...

Is there an apllication like this my firend please give the name of tis application.I'm very new about PDAs and I don't know how to find an application as like you mentioned

on the same screenshot is the batterystatus plugin. it allows these actions via the three icons left on the bottom. batterystatus can be found in the regular prophet subforum and provides much more nice features [/commercial]

I have it but I especially want a today screen as shown in the screenshoot.I found some roms but they aren't stable or they don't support Live Messenger.I missed my Wizard I have never met problems with him

That plug-in is a standard windows plug-in. To enable it you need to edit the registry as follows:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Today\Items]
Create "Wireless" use Key
"Flags"=dword:00000000
"Options"=dword:00000000
"DLL"="netui.dll"
"Order"=dword:00000000
"Enabled"=dword:00000001
"Type"=dword:00000004
Enable clicking on the today plugin above open Comm Manager
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ControlPanel\WrlsMgr]
Create key "Redirect"
"Redirect"= "\Windows\CommManager.exe"

Hi All,
I780 Screen is a little bit small than other PDAs so demand appropaite choice of Pulg ins for today screen - to show more info.

Something interesting: Deletion of below bar to add some more space in today scrren. Please post your today screen.

Currnetly I have downloaded relavga so today also changed a lot...I will post that soon...

Off topic: Does anyone of you use any kind of TouchFlo on i780? No 3D cubes or iPhone like apps but just scrolling any system screen using fingers (like the new Opera Mobile 9.5).

It's pretty straight forward:
1) get a HTC home plug-in of your choice - I use the HTC Home Idiamond (you can get the .cab in the hacking and development forum).
2) UITweaker - change the menu bars to black
3) Select the calender and task items in settings.
That's it!

I tried touchflo but couldn't get it to work - I use pocketCM with a black theme and that works well with my current today screen.
Some of the themes work that goes on in the hacking/development forums is amazing but it's just too much hard work for me!
Oh two other MUST-HAVE apps for i780 users -
Slide2unlock - 100X better than using the built in lock and again fits into the black and white theme I'm going for.
S2P - great media player from same developer than works well with s2unlock.

Anyone know how to remap the softkeys - I want the Calendar one to be mapped to opera.

1. Resco file explorer 2008, it's a touchflo scroling application.
2. Ulimate Launch
3. SPB Mobile Shell - with realvga

Fortunately there's an app that works: FTouchSL. But it's not free...

I think the trial version is free with no time limit. There are some excluded features compared to the registered version though I understand.

I use Ultimate launcher with the HTC homescreen plugin. Best solution ever.

This screen reminds me much of the Treo screens. Look over at mytreo.net to see if they have any good ideas on Today screens for WM (they also have screens for their other OS)

Tasks TouchFLO

Hi,
someone can hel me to see the active tasks in TODAY of TouchFLO?
Now I can see only Time, calendar and calls..
I try to set the tasks in START-SETTING-TODAY-ELEMENTS but nothing.

A simply way to it's to sobstitute calendar with tasks activity.
But how?
I try to use advance config tools secion TouchFLO 3D but no sets are here for my problem.
????

No other Today plugins/items can be used if TF3D is activated.
Until someone works out how to add task to TF3D itself (I assume by editing the XML bits of manilla) you will not be able to do this.
What would be really useful is if someone figured out how to add a Tasks tab to TF3D and also a Calendar tab too (I know there is one but I don't think it shows highlights on days with appointments etc).
People are working on these things so I tihnk there will be a solution down the road.

So to solve the only way is to disable TF3D.
No solucion installing SPB Mobile shell o similar becouse with TF3D active it's impossible to add Tasks in Today Screen too.

It's incredible you buy a terminal It's cost 800€, and you have to put a cab to fix double contact SIM and Cellular, You can't display the active tasks..., ....!!
But the ingeneers are tested this, or the most important think is to have a good weather tasks?

I have been searching for a Touchflo Tasks tab also with no luck. My best solution thus far as been to remap my PTT button to my tasks. This definitely isn't too bad to work with. I use NATFs ROM on my Fuze which already has remapping tools but you can use fuzemobility.com and search for PTT remap if you need.

why dont you try that tf3d disabler that lets you switch between tf3d and standard today screen plugins? simple click of a soft key and your back and forth between the two.

That would be your best bet IMO.

install secondToday, map that app to the PTT button or some other hard key, and you can easily have an alternate today screen for expanded agenda and tasks. By installing SecondToday, you can have all of your plug-ins right at hand... and get to them from anywhere in the device.
It's the best of both worlds. Really.

Does anyone know if the newer versions of Touch Flo 3D will allow other Today plug-ins ? Such as Tasks, etc?

I just started using MTP (Manilla Today Page) and it's incredible.
Just what I needed to put SPB Diary as it's own tab in TF3D.
I couldn't use TF3D for months till i got this working, and i gotta say, it's gorgeous.

what is Manila Today Page?

Now with the new HTC HD2 - I think that TouchFlo is finally a decent replacement for SPB Mobile Shell.
However, I still miss the Tasks window to complete the tabs list...

WM6.5 more appointments on lock screen

Hello,
I did try to search, but ended up with nothing.
Is het possible to have more appointments on the default lock screen of WM6.5?
It just shows the today and tomorrow appointments.
All because I do like the new lock screen, but I want to see my appointments for the upcoming week. For now I am using S2U2, wich do the job perfectly, but eats too much ram for me....also it doesnt work with caller ID and WM6.5
Anyone a solution?

Pocketshield will show today and tomorrow also. But they are shown nicely, and in diferent styles depending on the skin you select.
I read on their forums that further than tomorrow would cause additional processing/resources usage. Maybe that is the reason s2u2 eats that much Ram. Looks like PS sticks more to the WM standards.

I would like some of the other touchflow stuff like the contacts as well. But like you i dont want to use TF3D.

I do not think this is possible.
The start-menu is an sort of tab of TouchFlo, which needs TouchFlo to be launched.
What you could try is TouchFlo Detacher (use search function), it allows you to switch between the default windows mobile Today screen and touchflo, in this case TouchFlo is running (if you hide it instead of closing, option of TFdetacher)
Just an idea, not sure if it works, but you can give it a try..

I have the Attach one installation and work like a charm.

I don't know whether this solves your problem. I installed AT0mAng & Danny_and_2 TF3D2 Tweak app. And i used Start Menu Off option and it worked for me.
