Java Error - HTC Vox

Hey guys,
i've tried to install some java apps using the vox's default program i think its called "Esmertec Jbed"
And they all come up with the error java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError whats going on? :S
Any had this problem or know how to fix it?
Thanks

No one else had this problem??? Anyone manged to install Super Bluetooth Hack?

I have problem like this with various Jar files. It seems to me the programm esmertec don't work properly. On my old Sony W200i these .jar files worked without problemes.

I tried Jblend, it work quite better.

Did you get it to work as well? Jblend gave the solution. The app runs but I can't seem to find phones when I choose to show the list of available phones etc.
Some help please

The emulator does not translate Java class hooks and calls directly to WinMo API. I highly doubt you will ever get BT_INFO working properly.

so if jb doesn't work.. is there other app that you can run that with?

as frauhotelmann said no windows mobile java tool is able to use the needed java class for bluetoothhack!

is there app similar to super hack that will run on mobile phone?

havent seen one its annoying

Can you define "work"?
for me it seems that the jblend one works better. plus it is full screen so all the applications will look good.
jeodek did not work so good for me.

BAN THIS MOTHA F&#$(%
joedek (esmertec) is good. to bad that I cannot made the apps go thru http proxy (i've modified the config file.. but no effect).
unfortunally both of them are not as good. found this after playing with both of them. some apps work good on jblend which is better. but some don't work on it. so both of the managers would be good together. some apps installed on one, while some on the other.
now that i play with jeodek a little more, i think it actually mutes the sound on my phone, and i then need to restart my device. im about to try Jblend now.
EDIT:so far Jblend supports just as much, but takes longer to install..
EDIT:ok I tried a game that supposed to display 176x144 but it less than 100 pixels. its extremely small...and...hahaha that sound is WAY disorted. i think i like jeodek more.
any other midlet managers besides joedek and Jblend?
yes! this is what happened to me also. the sound on the phone was muted by jeodek after some time and i had to give it a restart, which is annoying as hell.

and are these the only working java emulators for smartphone? i thot there would be more.
does anyone know how to force full screen on jeodek? I would prefer blurry than little.
I couldn't try jblend because it doesn't let me choose a local file. Any solutions for that, apart from making your own webspace?
Thanks for your help.
Edit:
I now realize this is my first post, even if I browsed for a long time, hi all and thank you for your awesome help.

When you install it, it will just associate itself with JAR files - this means you'll only need to click JAR files in the file system for them to be auto-deployed.
tao intent registry
would someone be kind enough to post here the Tao Intent registry for WM5. I want to try to make it work on WM6.
Thanks
Thanks guys, much appreciated.
Did you get it to work! I need the proxy throughput also. Need opera mini to get work over a proxy....
try this
http://www.sharemobile.ro/file.php?id=31572
all you need is to configure the http proxy properly in connections settings.
PS: set regional settings to english (united states or australia or anything english)

[Q]CitiMobile Java App

I used to use the citibank mobile java app on my AT&T HTC Fuze WinMo phone. I would tell citibank I had a Samsung A727, and it would allow me to download the Java app, which worked fine on windows mobile. I believe Citi have upgraded there site recently, and I have also upgraded my Rom.
I now use RRE's WM 6.5 v8.1 Rom, and now when I go to download the Citibank Java App from the link they text me, it tells me I have an unauthorized phone. I figure I can trick it into to downloading by adjusting the User Agent in the registry, but I am not sure what to adjust it to.
Is anyone else using this application, and if so, how did you get it to download.
I hope this is in the right place, and I searched for an answer but found nothing. This is also my fisrt post, after lurking for a long time.
I had this same exact problem. I upgraded to Da-G's 6.5 rom and I couldn't use the Citimobile app. I don't know if it's a 6.5 compatibility issue or a java compatibility issue. You can try downloading another java client to install the app and see if it works. If it doesn't the it's probably not compatible with WM6.5. Either way, you don't have to use that java app anymore... just use PIE and go to www.citi.com and it will take you to the Citibank wap page.

Run Java script on HTC HD2

Help please: Java doesn't seem to be installed in my new HTC HD2. In Opera Browser, sites which require Java don't work. Is there a way I can install Java in my HD2? Maybe I'm just missing a point - help would be really appreciated.
I have the same problem on rom 1.66.
once I solved it by closing opera ,then running jbled >download and trying to open the opera from there.it did the trick once ! but NOW i can't ! any help ?!
I need to run the Java version of Mobipocket on Android.
Not working on HD2.
How does one go about doing this?
Erm dude, I doubt you can run java desktop environment on your phone... also, are you just trying to run .jar files? It's not exactly how it works
I'm talking about the mobile version of Mobipocket, not the desktop version..
Yes, I've got both the Jar & Jad files, but neither of them boot.. How does it work?
If it can run on these devices http://www.mobipocket.com/dev/beta/j2me.asp then I think it should on a HD2 hah

You would be wrong. Those are Sony Ericsson phones with a Java OS as its base. They do not run Windows Mobile 6.5. You need to find a mobipocket version for Windows Mobile 6.5 or earlier.

Thanks Leachpeak. But I'm running the HyperdroidGBX on HD2. No go for Android?

Supposedly this lets your login to your mobipocket account and read your books that way on Android. Keep in mind though, unless you have a lot of books, you've got much better eReader options such as Google Books, Kindle and Nook.
Yes. My reason for mobi is to have all my dictionaries under the one hood.. Now I've found Colordict which uses stardict format. Got most of the dictionaries back. This is the best multi dictionary search engine. Works Like Babylon desktop version. Colordict leaves b2go in the dust...
My favorite was ireader till I found moon reader..
No need for mobipocket anymore..

[Q] (HTC Ozone) Wifi sharing for mobile 6.5?

I read at somepoint that HTC may be releasing some form of a wifi sharing app for HTC smartphones. At the end of the post that I was reading, there was a cab that installed CMWifiSharing.exe to my Windows directory. However, it looked like that app was for touchphones, sine I couldn't interact with the UI in anyway.
My question is, is there any free application out there that enables wifi sharing for an HTC Ozone on Windows Mobile 6.5?
i'm not sure if any of them support non-touchscreen devices.. but you should try WMWifiRouter and ICS either way.
hope this works for you.

Already tried WMWifiRouter, worked ok, but I'd rather not pay for it if there's already a free alternative out there (or in the making). What is this ICS you speak of?
it's a simple app designed to pretty much do the same as WMWifiRouter.. but with much less options.
look for it.. it's easy to find.

Do you mean this?
I downloaded it to my phone, tried running it, and it crashed right away with an error saying "NotSupportedException at Microsoft.AGL.Common.MISC.HandleAr() ..."
I already have a newer Compact Framework than the one ICS requires. So what can I do?
Edit: Just looking at the screenshot for this program makes it seem it's for a completely different mobile operating system. Reading around on the Internet a bit, it seems like that error occurs when an application tries to create a button that isn't supported on the phone.
Got any other ideas?
unfortunately, no. I haven't used any other wifi sharing software other than these 3. If i were you, i'd try doing it thru winmo. create an AdHoc connection in your native WM environment and try connecting to it. You can probably find many threads concerning the creation and sharing of an AdHoc connection in the forum.
let me know if you managed to get it.

Any ideas or other suggestions out there?
Bump :/
Even a ROM flash would be ok, I just don't know what I need.

[Q] Convert Java to APK ?

Hello, I have a small JAVA appl for controlling my home Air conditioning that I tried to excute in my HTC Sensation and it doesn't.
Then I tried installing JBED from this forum, but I get the error of "SD not found or busy" and even using the proposed solution by the author of JBED it still desn't work, it gives same error.
So, finally, my last idea is to convert the jar/jad files into apk, and I found several links to the www.netmite.com website, but it seems it is down or not working, as my explorer is not able to connect with it.
Does any one has any idea of what is the problem with netmite or if there is another site or way to convert java appl to apk?
Thanks so much.
EDIT: I sent an email, go an answer from them and the website is fully working now
