Hi Gullum, try to flash your new TD rom, but found that the page pool value in your rom didn't match with the thread tell how to change the page pool size, the value in your rom is

and the original Elfin value was "0315A0030215A013001083E5DAC2FFEB",

-Almoust all tweaks from Wizard's Wiki
-NO PERFORMANCE TWEAKS - they take out memory, just use battery status
-Lots of things changed ... almoust everything you can imagine
-This is fully striped, so don't expect to find pictures or music besides the ones that are used.
-No Extended ROM so this should work for G3 and G4
-Page Pool is 4MB
-Low power consumption (in idle it reaches 30mA)
-Low CPU Usage --at beta1 I had 15 - 30 % now it's variating from 0 to 3

Besides tweaks ?
well ...keyboard, all skins/themes, dialpad ... welcome screen , some new icons, search moved to start, lots of shortcuts moved to other folders ... tasks, notes, calculator , simmanager...moved to office mobile ... Internet Sharing,ActiveSync, Windows Update, Remote Desktop Mobile, Comm Manager ...added to the new Connections folder in Programs
All themes and keypad, dialpad, pictures, splash screens ...are made by me, specially for this rom .... and i'm tired, lol
Lots to come, I'm just waiting good ideas.
I have some other thoughts , but mine are too hard or impossible to accomplish, at least for me...

eyah, me also i have flashed it in this month many times and every ROM is good one and it keeps better and better !!!! thanks for the info wil wait till urelease and i will test it ANY NEW ROM !!! thanks alot for the time that u make to make this ROM hoop that there will be new keyboard skins and i like the iphone keyboard skin !!! please f u r still making it then put the SMS backup also in this ROM really handy software when someone wants to upgrade more often.

thanks man for working on a clean rom version, we've all be hoping for one that is stable,runs faster than WM5, has good ram, and doesn't have any battery drain problems... i think we would all be happy with just that

I'm using it right now, I have installed SkTools and Resco suite
I am using registry explorer for now and it didn't got below 30MB free available. (31 I have now, after an hour from last reboot, and I have resco running)
Pretty steady ... STABLE , I mean
It's fast ... what can I say ... see the benchmark pictures.
I am not using overclocking right now and it's responding pretty good. without lag.
I took the note, there will be SMS Backup and also a task manager ... i'm almoust sure there will be task manager 2.7 , it has also registry editor and alot of other things ...so I'll kill a bounch of rabbits with a single shot

including those things would be going away from the vanilla room you are aiming at. for instance i do not use sms backup since i dont really use sms anyway and registry editor is -> total commander for me so including that would be useless for me to. for task manager i use the one that changes the X button to really close, so no need for any others either. dont get me wrong I dont want you to change the rom to suit my personal need, I am just trying to get you to stick with the vanilla idea cause I think its the best.

@pencilcase I get your point, I don't want it to be loaded with apps, but with the most usefull one, and those that all people use.
And to proove how tired I was last night , I thought he was talking about contacts backup

I mean ... everyone uses contacts, it's a pda, right... and when you play or use somthin' that stresses alot of cpu, you need an overclocking tool, the best in my opinion is batterystatus... also I liked very much the little thing from spb pocket plus, I mean the alt-tab thing, but unfortunately I wasn't able to strip it ...mabe later. I like the idea also of having a reg tool and a task manager first time I use it ... not necessary this one, any one
The task manager you are talking about is already in the rom(the one that closes apps when you tap the x)
Open to new suggestions . I would be ready to release the beta 2 vanilla, at the stage I'm at, but just little moddifications, like making new splash screens, because the original ones I did the silly thing of making them public before the release lol and I'm still not satisfied with the dialpad, it's no use if you're not using my default theme
The good thing ... after 7 hours (gee the sleep was good) from last reboot, and after I used it before i got to sleep it was showing 30.5(it started with 32.2) ...and now it's 30.9 free ram, only batterystatus overclocked to 273Mhz in the bacground and the battery is still at 100%

Flashing now will report back.
Great clean rom but you can remove dthe windows update and add the kaizer 5/6 tab home plugin. Also change this msn version to the version where the contact arn't copied to the contact list.
Also you can make it your signuture to add the black team plus ipone icons its nice.

I'm busy building the second beta, update is deleted. There's a six tab homeplug in this rom?
Where i can find this livemessenger app, mayb have a link?
The icons i'm creating completely new icons just for this dutch touch rom. Mayb i'm gonna use the profiles tab icons from tweaker.net, very nice touch

Yes but the t-mobile internet setings don't work. My apn is internet en de auto update puts internet-act. But al other settings are fine. So leave the update as is.
You can also remove streaming media because tcpmp (with the flashvideobundel) is a better player for streaming media.
And install the patch disable deleting cab files after installation.

This isn't a beta rom. Its stabel and works 100%. hope the new build will be as stabel as is. But we will see because you know what can happen when removing programm's. Just like the Wizard roms.

maybe you should use something like htc home+customizer and another todayscreen to show your rom is interessting cause it looks a bit borring
This ROM is exactly what I have been looking for. I don't want any of the HTC home screens. I use SPB for my home screen stuff. I wanted a ROM without any of the things that slow down my wing. This ROM has been almost flawless. I have have a few sync issues, but I don't know if it is my computer or the ROM.
Will give your ROM a try over the weekend, looks promising and very sleek.
Btw what's the size of your Pagepool?

I was thinking the same thing on both counts. I'm planning on trying it this weekend and I'd also like to know the pagepool size. I'm looking forward to this, there aren't enough thin ROMs... too much "flash" in most of them.
This is a Harold ROM right? If I recall correctly I'm going to need something to correct keyboard mapping?

Scrolling and HTC Random Access would be nice.
If you would make your ROM UC compliant you don't have to add so many programs and everyone can use there own setup on your ROM

Hello People!
After 2 not sleeping day and nights, i have successfully ported the new 20262 xip for tornado.
I dont have it tested a lot, so it would be greate when you giving me feedbacks.
The rom is really clean and fast.
I have worked really really hard for porting the xip for the tornado community..also it gaves a little bit to do for porting the Build 19593.1.1.7 for tornado. so when you like my work, please donate. it would motivating me testing and working more for the tornado.

Great news.
I just love plain roms, without any custom crap, apps, homescreen plugins etc.
I think that this one will be my next favourite after beloved WM6.1 Clean.

Great work Balckdragon but can you change it to "SLIM SLIDING PANEL" please because from the screenshot per your attachment its slim panel right? correct me if I'm wrong...

1 bluetooth bug when setting beam
2 gprs authentication dose not work
3 csd line type settings could not be opened
4 windows media player buttons dont work

I have remade your rom iv fixed all bugs apart from the obex (beam) could not save the settings hope you dont mind i have allso added the slim sliding panels

Congrats! Good release. My comments: you should remove the *DIGI.ttf. It display in digital font only on some screens. Some screens display in Sogoe font. I feel the joypad is not as responsive. Some of your sound files does not emit any sound too. And the short-cut keys...
BTW can you highlight what new features in this ROM.

Nobody release a new rom with my xip and sys before i have finished my work. I have worked a lot for poting the xip and sys and i am the first that have do that.
I must also learning a lot, thats the reason why i dont have locked my rom. i would that everyone can test dumping the rom for giving me advices.
So befor someone release i rom, i would finishing my work. then everyone can do what he would.
So please, explain me how i can solve the problems and give me advices.
Else in future i dont release any xip and sys more or i protected my roms.

You room is preaty cool works stablish and fast
I know that you want to create real clear room, but it would be nice to see 2 little fix'es in settings:
- SMS Threading on/off
- UsbCharging on/off
It is realy help full
changing it each time in regedit when You make HR is torture

i wont be posting my remake or you rom but if you what me to post the fixed Defult.hv and user.hv this fixes bugs
1 windows media button bug
2 boot screens
3 welcome center
4 quick startmenu
5 gprs Authentication
6 csd line type
then iv got a dll that fixes the windows media blacklight and iv got the cpr wich makes the homescreen to slim bars iv allso go ther htc bootscreen
so if u what me to post these files just let me know
I think this could be fixed, someone posted the registry changes, perhaps should be implemented in the next release

The font on the home screen seems a little different than all other ROM that we have used so far, could it be change to the 'actual' one?
Should be Segoe or something
i have solved all problems only with the:
commmanager --> bluetooth / beam i have problem..
the rest was easy to find.

Hello BD! Good to see you around. Unfortunately I don't use my tornado anymore. I had given my son the 2nd phone I had and he broke it and I gave him my tornado and i'm using Blue Angel. However.... I know I'll be back to ebay for an SDA I loved that phone so much, all though, this touch stuff is cool, big screen, and so many more features. Hugz to all.

Hi BlackDragon, i install these rom yesterday, i'm working with this and it's very nice, have excelents issues and work very nice.
The only problem that i found is that Windows Media don't play avi files and the home screen with slide panels have letters over borders and the calendar slide don't have sufficient height and some dates with subject and place long don't show nice. Could anyone say: when the device is 'sleeping' and the joystick is accidentally touched, does this new ROM keep the screen dark - (this saves battery). (the original SP5 ROM does, and BD's previous ROM below supposedly did)

I install ArcsoftMMS_4.0.40.1_forTornadoWM6.cab, you must close all processes in celetask that may be in conflict with mms composer, then install MMS composer.

Great Rom, just what I want for my son's first phone. The only problem I have is when I open the camera, it is dark and the pictures i take are dark. Is there a fix for this?
