As far as I'm aware, the ONLY WM 6.1 Universal ROM with even partly-working Video Call is the one from the Sticky post:

hi bimby12, laurentius V3 2.07.00 working fine on my qtek, only english keyboard layout.
Update to 2.07.04 Beasty&Laurentius is awful on my device, phone sounds like hell, headset logitech bluetooth with interrupts and a lot of noises, dialed numbers cut off, very poor video playback (the latter was already in 2.07.00 bad).
JWright is not accepted by my device due to language issues (wrong language code), but there is cure for that somewhere on this site, I think.
Anyway, I'll go back to Laurentius 2.07.00.

in my hand right now i have an o2 ExEc iv downloaded and update to WM6.1 and its nocked a thow things off like Video calling and the video calling butten iv tryed instelling all the o2 files and its nocked out the keybored so all i have is the screen working everthink works on WM5 but like i like to keep updated with the best software (orangle or coustom) has any one got an update for my phone what is WM6.1 and works with video calling an keybored thanks adam

As far as I know there is no wm6 or 6.1 with video call working onnly wm5
but please do a SEARCH and READ the Wiki.

i knw i am stupid to post this thread...but i really facing problem in my kaiser after i flash medkid rom...i found no video call function...i don knw wat can i do...so i wish to knw which rom i can use that originally have video call function built in...preferably 6.5 rom...pls help me...or teach me how to add the video call function...any cab need to use or any configuration need to apply...sorry for any inconvenience...
There are about 5 WM6.5 roms. Why don't you try them or at least READ & SEARCH in the respective threads. Someone wrote that Anryls 6.5 supports videocall.
To find it I just had to enter his thread an search for "video call" took me 20 seconds......

I was on CrunchGear a short while ago and I seen a video with the new Toshiba TG-01 running this cool software on there Windows Mobile phone that I hope can be ported b/c it's a very good app that can be useful in so many ways!! It's a voice translation software and I know I've seen mentions of this software wanted plenty of times on XDA!!

i don't know about other ROm language... but It's ROM operator...
i saw only Italian ROM is W/o Operator addiction...
On video, you can watch, it s on Japaneese ROM... this ROM is different...
U need Found a TG01 user with Japaneese ROm to have acces a this Software...

Here is the german tread about this rom. Perhaps there is a solution.
Unfortunately, there were no tips on this side whether there is already an update coming (although Animelover wrote several times to make an update). Some users wrote that they have the same problem, but it was not entered closer on it.
All in all, it is successful rom (without mp3 as ringtone)
Very good ROM with mp3´s as ringtone.

But the comm manager only exists in light version,
so I do not know how to activate wlan and irda.
There´s only phone ans Bluethooth to choose.
I have installed HTC networkwizard and arcsoftMMS.
EDIT: Babak will cook a premium Version for GER !!! That´s great.

Perhaps, you give Animelover a donate, and he make a service for you. Think about, that all cookers make it in there freetime without taken money.
