I just bought this phone and I want to upgrade the rom and also be able to use cricket as well.. Can you guys help me do this? I would really appreciate it.
I could no longer afford t-mobile so I sold my htc-620 and used it to buy this phone for cricket.

Hi and welcome!
Currently there is no "free" way to SIM unlock the Wing. It's still being worked on.
The only option at the moment is through a company called imei-check. They do charge for their service though.

hello, i unlocked my phone using one of the unlock methods here now that i want to use it with tmobile it cannot connect to the tmobile network, i had been using it with att any suggestions? I call tmobile customer support but they dont know ****.
Need more info. What unlock method. Have you tried the sim with another phone? etc etc. Please be very thorough or no one will want to help.

I've seen more than a few people post that that screwed their phones over and that the recommended way was to call tmo so that they unlock it

hello i have just bought from a friend a tmobil samsung galaxy s 4g androide modle sgh-t959v firmware 2.3.6 and need to unlock it to use it on my us cellular pre paid. Does anyone know how i can do this as i have never done it before. i tried to follow the guides to no success. plz help fast!!! Thank you guys!!!

I used super click to root it. it said it worked, but I cannot see my internal memory to copy anything. It shows my sd card when I insert it but I cannot access my internal memory. Im new to messing with smart phones but not computers. my apologizefor the need of details. I am useing windows 7.
US Cellular is CDMA. You have a GSM phone. They're not inter-compatible.
Just wondering if this is possible? I am wanting to put it on as my prepaid phone for us cellular.

100% impossible. You need a CDMA phone, and I think US Cellular will only activate US Cellular-branded phones.
So im wasting my time?

I bought a Samsung S5 Active from a friend of a friend. It is in great shape works well on "wifi".... ended up finding out that the phone was never unlocked by trying to get it up and goin on my current network. It is an AT&T phone and they refused to give me the unlock code because the phone was never paid off apparently. What are my options at this point to unlock the phone without having to root?

very wrong. it used to be like that, but not anymore
idoneapps.com has unlock methods without root. $35 and is works flawlessly. go to their site and check it out. Ive used it on 2 regular S5s, 0 issues

That's the method I might take if all else fails. I'm a newby at all this stuff but understand it can get complicated when it comes to rooting. Found out by bricking a cheap LG I practiced on. I'm very cautious about doing the same to this Samsung S5....or should I said SCARED! It actually would be exciting to root this phone and do it that way but...yeah, I dont trust myself enough yet!

I bought my first OnePlus phone just switched from Pixel. Problem I faced I decided to by the phone from big red instead of Oneplus. So how can I start a fire to get some great XDA developers to figure a way to Root my Verizon OnePlus.
Why did you buy a phone from Verizon? Was the deal that great that it was worth giving up an unlockable bootloader? You can forget anyone finding an exploit, Verizon locks down their phones tight. Should have know Big Red would screw you over....

Not gonna happen. The options to start the process have been removed from the Verizon variant.
