I'm looking for the rom that lives in Kaiser when you get it with a vodafone germany contract. Also the factory SPL would be useful.

Iam very close to buying the TyTn II from Hongkong (only chinese version ava there) can i buy it and flash it with the WWE Rom ported here? will i get the whole country ID error? will it be possible for me to flash it with the WWE Rom.

If you search the threads you can find locations in Hong Kong that do sell English versions of TyTN II. As I understand it there are of course fewer English versions in Hong Kong, but they are available there. In Taiwan I found that the only way I might be able to get a TyTN II in English is through special arrangement with my cellular provider.............. go figure as HTC is a Taiwanese company.

Does anybody know if somebody has found a release of this official rom from T-mobile operator.
I don't need any reconstructed rom , but the official shipped one.

i talked to some t-mobile guy and he said t-mob germany won't release a rom due to some license problems...don't know if this is true but i flashed a custom rom!
T-Mobile are the worst for updating their ROMs.
I would not believe anything they say.

I have a dutch Vodafone branded HTC Touch Pro.
It seems that other roms are more reliable and faster than the Vodafone branded Rom.
Is there a possibility to get rid off my Vodafone branded rom and install another Dutch Rom?
Is there a step by step manual how to do this?And is there a way back?
I know about warranty issues when i will do this.

you could flash it with Romeo's NLD Rom. Be sure to HardSPL your device

Has anyone in North America tried installing one of the official European HTC Diamond2 rom upgrades? I am wondering if I can just install the UK version. I have an unlocked phone (my service provider does not sell any HTC products).

You would have to CID unlock and Hardspl your phone, and then you can run any Topaz rom you want, including official roms meant for phones from other carriers.

I have been looking for the best performance on my HTC and reading the Threads around this forum for long time and saw the radio versions for ROM's, so i need some help with this!
My ROM Radio version is the original provided from Vodafone UK (3.44.25.27).
Been looking at this:

Found that PT Vodafone is running on ROM Radio 4.49.25.91
So my question is, what will happen is i upgrade to that radio version?
Will i loose any data and programs that i have instaled?
