My Kaiser was working fine except it started freezing at my htc logo screen at the start..please help how can i fix this.
please give a little bit more info ..
i.e.
Did you install a new program?
Did you try flashing a new rom or radio?
Did you atempt installing hardspl?
did you ...?
well..after booting the HTC logo comes up..that graphical image..and its freezes there..and never makes it to the main screen. I dont know why that happens it was working fine until i installed the diamond keyboard.
I installed the latest Offical Rom the english one. and Diamond Keyboard.
if u can't get past the logo image than i suggest u do a hard reset to get rid of the diamond keyboard and see if that fixes it.
just remember to backup ur contents as hard reset will delete everything

I been flashing ROMS for a while now but now I having some problems that I can't solve.
Since I installed the Laurentius26_KaiserDiamond_V10 I can't update the rom anymore. The Kaiser connects to the update, the update program confirms the connection (it checks if the battery is above 50%, confirm the previous fiirmware, etc.)
When the program shows the progress bar (On the PC) the kaiser screen blimp one time to the grey screen (the one with the progression bar) and turn back to three collors screen (in less than a second). After one or two minutes the program (on the PC) gives a erro message.
I have to reset the Kaiser but no ROM was installed
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I'm using SPL 3.29 but I have already tried Hard SPL 3.28 and back to the 3.29 again.

That happened to me too. What I had to do was to download the original rom from HTC and flash that. After, i did the usual: hard reset, remove batter, restart computer. Then I could flash

I tried your sugestions. Tried to flash the original Orange ROM but had the same problem as the cooked ROMs. It stopped at the three colors screen.
I think myh problem is a little different from other cases here. My phone is working with the Rom it have right now. It only got stuck on the three color screen when trying to flash a new Rom. To remove the screen is just reset it (normal reset, no hard reset) and it goes back to 'normal' but with the old rom. Can't flash a new one
Also tried the mtty.exe method, but when I open the mtty it shows "CLIENT". If I push any key it shows one more "CLIENTE". after 34 "CLIENT" Messages (it shows "CLIENTCLIENTCLIENTCLIENT" it freezes...
Can someone help me please?

Hi everybody!
Been searching for this problem on google and on this forum, but i can't find an answer to this
It's like this that i've installed wm 6.5 on my prophet, everthing was fine!
The problem was when i was trying to install another keyboard layout it restarted, and then it got stuck at the "splash screen" with the Qtek logo.
I did an Hard SPL, nothing happened.
After that i tried to boot into bootloader, everything was fine, i saw the three color screen and i started to install a new clean copy of the WM 6.5..
Everything was fine, it went to 100%, but when it was at 100% the device shutdowns.
When i tried to start it again i got into the three color screen again, and after about 7 seconds it restarts, and it starts in the three color screen...
Please help me..

Hey Guys,
I flashed my Touch Cruise with all the Android ROMs, I could get in the forum. My problem is, the installed OS is not stable. At first it was, so I decided to choose the NAND installation and to format the ROM inside the phone. I didn't realize, that the way back to WM without a backup would be much more difficult. The problem is, I have Win7 installed (32bit and 64bit Version), I am not able to get the Sync Software between the cell phone and my XDA just working. So, what can I do to get WM back on my phone?

yo my friend i did the same thing - the android is amazing but its not for the htc cruise. if you can reset all the settings to normal - i.e. hold green and red button while soft reset.. if that works get the phone into boot loader mode you know, bat out put in and cam button and switch on 3 colours boot screen.. then load original touch cruise rom - winmo 6.1 then use that for a few hours and then flash the winmo 6.5 of your choice - you did save all the files you need in a special folder i am sure.. to get ruu utility to work you dont need sync software..PEACE
i rooted my htc wildfire a few weeks ago, tried to install cm7 with ROM manager, but only the startup skater from cm started and when it was doen, it started over and over.
I used my backup but now it wont start up, i see the htc boot logo, and nothing happens. Just the boot logo.
I still can come in recovery. Tried things from other topics but all didnt work.
Factory reset, install original rom. But in a topic i needed a program to fix it from the shipped-rom.com site but i can't connect to the site.
Someone knows how to fix it? i really want my phone back.

i have Gingerbread v2.3.7 sd card version on my htc hd2 which was perfectly working alog with window 6.5, tonight after automatic updating few applications which it almost done on daily bases, my phone went off automaticaly, when i restard it stucked after gray screen where android screen keep flashing flashing and flashing but nothing happend after that i have soft reseted it several time but same result, appriciate you if some body helps
