I was upgrading my 2125 form wm5 to wm6 today. I got a white screen. I tried to take out my battery in hoping to reset the phone. When I tried to power it back on, it will not do anything. Can someone please help me out? Thank you KIM

Do you have Ship Rom from Cing ?

Its an Executable File, It'll install Ship Radio and Ship ROM and bring your phone back to Factory Defaults. Make sure your battery is over 60% Charged. I strongly recomend 100%.

Yes you are right. I just tried downloading it too, and noticed its only 3.1MB when It should over 30MB. I just downloaded it directy from HTC. Lets wait till you get your battery. I've replied to your PM.

tried 20 times now... downloaded the rar file form rapidshare....
extraced...
then ran the program keep getting the dam 101 connection error... what gives did everything perfectly...
Did the same thing here this afternoon and it went well here.
You didn't forget to set the Universal in bootloader mode?

By the way, a hard reset in not necessary if you only upgrade your radiostack, softreset is enough.

Yes, once it is ready and says to hard-reset, unplug your Universal and just press the reset button.
By the way my friend, did you read the wiki?
keep us posted abt ur latest upgrade and how is ur new radio working?

i`m always do a hard reset whenever i do radio upgrade..or CE upgrade..maybe i did not read the wiki carefully...

Until now no radio hangings for me. With 1.14.10 I probably had to reset already a couple of times.
Hopefully it will stay this way .
somehow i feel radio 1.14.10 is more stable here in Malaysia than radio 1.15.00. I lost signal few times on radio 1.15.00 and sometime the reception is intermitten.

If the error pops up on the PC display at the end of the flash process, don't worry...... this don't mean nothing, the data upload has finished regularly. Boot you device and check the Radio version....... it would be 1.15.00
I thought 1.15 had solved all my problems - I certainly never lost phone connection switching from 3G to GPRS (which I did with 1.13, 1.14 and, to a lesser extent 1.09) but now can't maintain a connection to the internet!
I upgraded to 1.15 earlier on in the week and all seemed to be finmr until 8:26 yesterday morning (the last time activesync synched my push email) Since then I get connectine, then locating foolowed bu a message telling me my connection has been dropped. This happens at home in mid-sussex and at work in Woking and in between so not a localised proiblem.
I'm using an O2 Exec on T-Mob W'n'W using jwrightmscp's WM6 - anyone else having problems?

I have a problem with my phone, about 10 min of use the phone become hot and it swich off.
I've to wait during 1 or 2 hour to restart it and it tells me:
"ERROR
Device start up failed due to sudden loss of power.
Please click"Yes" to continue.

My friend has an apache. Somehow it has no Phone radio. When the boot screen comes up it says Radio: NONE. How can I install JUST the radio. Ive tried reflashing to no avail! Thanks in advance!

So what exactly did you do?
i just bought a phone on Ebay and guess what? it had no Radio..
so now i went to try and update the 1.43 radio that i gto from the above mentioned link.. but it gives me an error on the device and wont install...
would i just need to flash a Radio to it?
please help, ive searched and found this post somwhat useful

hey, this will help. One guy posted a link to download it via rapidshare. But unless you pay, you will have to wait, can only download one thing at a time, and it is slow and it sucks. Just place this nbh file in the same folder as the ROM you have now and delete the other ROM after that. Then run the utility.
I placed it in the folder I HARDSPL'd with, but it gave me a connection error. I'll try it out if my current choice, JustHomeAlpha, doesn't work out. It seems like exactly what I was looking for though. You guys are awesome. =P

Make sure that when you are flashing through ROM Update Utility that you are higher than 75% battery.
Also, you can flash at the TRI-Colored Screen - Holding camera button in while pressing the soft reset button in with your stylus. Keep holding in the camera button until you get to a screen that is multi-colored - Then you can run the ROMUpdateUtility too.
Hi. I have HTC Kaiser. I tried to update it's ROM from WM 6.1 to 6.5. But it seems I used wrong file. Updating ROM just went in a sec and after that my HTC doesn't start. After pushing power button just first screen comes (in the bottom right corner with some code like R.B.G) and that's it.
Please anyone who had met with this kind of situation, help me.

try reinstalling. from what you are saying, I think that there is no OS in it. also check if your SPL is recent
