i´ve searched for a xt9 german cab file for wm6.1pro, but no working stuff found. i think there is a problem with the keyboard layout. tornato has 3x4 keyboard, but the stuff on other sites is for 4x5 layouts. in addition, i guess only xt9 files are working on 6.1 os. can anybody help or have an idea?

Is it possible to add xT9 languages to Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional?
The thing is that I want to buy an Asus P750 or a HP 614c but currently there's no localized versions with Danish xT9 yet and it will probably take a few months for those to arrive.
If it was possible to add a Danish xT9 to any of those phones that would enable me to get the UK version of either phone and just install the Danish xT9. (ie. grabbing the xT9 from a Kaiser or another WM Pro device)
I know it's possible to do on Windows Mobile Standard edition but I havn't yet been able to find some decent information about Windows Mobile Professional.

But can that xT9 also be used with the numeric keypad or just with an on-screen keyboard using the touch interface?

You can use it with the keyboard too, I have it installed on my TyTN II and works just fine.
Do you have any download link to the keyboard? I would like to try it out on my Ipaq 614c.
Now I'm using the "phonepad" with T9 and it works but it dont work with the hardware keyboard.

I have manage to fix the norwegian letters for te keypad but i still need som tips about some good phonepad with norwegian letters.
don't use wm6.5 but would assume wm6 phonepads works just fine
I use phonepad and it works great with danish t9

Hi! I have istalled swype on my mobile. My question is. Can i change the swype keyboard layout to swedish? And in that thime alsow get the t9 to recognize the swedish word, not the english?
I have descovered a swedish.txt document in the swype folder with swedish letters. So this doesent feel som impossible for me.
Anybody know how to do this ?

So far, I´ve only seen ENG, FRA, ITA, SPA, GER - maybe a newer version will include other languages, too.

I have Treo from Germany with QWERTZ keyboard and i want to change layout to QWERTY.
I googled all internet fot this, but no luck.
Tryed all registry mods, changed all possible 407 to 409, but no work.
Is there another method to change layout?
I have updated to 6.5, but my keyboard layout is wwe and i need Norwegian keyboard layout, if anybody could point me in the right direction, i would appreciate it. this relates to the slide out keyboard
ok, found various Norwegian keyboard files almost all were custom made and not fully mapped correctly.
But the good news is I found one that seems to map everything correctly on the slide out keyboard, its a small cab file just copy to your vox and then run on vox, job done.

Please note, this is only for the slide out keyboard, it does not effect your Windows Mobile display language, so will work on any language version installed
