2. go to file explorer. go to program files/TCPMP. copy player.exe. go to winodws/start menu/programs and paste shortcut there.

I loaded this up and my phone went to hell. Had memory issues up the ass, and I couldn't text due to massive lag (that might be because old texts were loading from the back-up, though). Anyway, it just had issues and I had to switch back to Open Touch just to leave the house with a working phone.
Dunno what's wrong with it when there doesn't seem to be any programs, but there's an issue somewhere.

Voice Command ...... There isn't one added ... I added one, but I thought he had 1 before or was that someone else.
Wifi ....... Wifi is working correctly and flawless.
Windows Media ...... Doesn't want to play much of anything but hey I dont use it . But it has a sweet appealing look. Why no carbon on it albert ?

Well it seems to have a lag in general ... The top bar seems to be a total mess and activesync likes to popup on the top bar upon resetting phone. Ok maybe the top bar has some new setup that albert brought to the table. But I quiet dont like it ... Kills the flow of things for me ... I dont seem to like pocketscreen as much as magic ss. Ok activesync keeps popping up all the time ..... Arggghhhhhhh .....
The screens on the MMS / SMS / installing software can do with out the fade lines in it ... Hurtful to my eyes. I do miss the MMS templates even tho its no biggie. And its only ver 4.2.8.1.
So if you want to complain about a rom remember if you don't speak up and tell the cook what you do and don't like then don't say anything at all. The cooks here are doing this out of appreciation , admiration and love of the art of cooking. If you think it is so easy then put out your own rom.
Now remember I tested this on a t-mobile wing . A lot of these problems may not occur on all phones. So if you have a different phone please post your findings.

The rom is impressive with incredible screens that kidnamedalbert created. I love the calculator look ..Also impressing at his custom explorer start page with his carbon on it yes I look at detail..
The wireless Lan screen is also an improvement to my eyes its clearer and more vibrant.
All the buttons work from the comm manager screen which has been flawed in a few roms .
Ok a BIG plus ... Thanks albert ... I havent been able to use my t-mobile OZ for a while and it works flawlessly with your rom .......
I hope my review of this rom helps many in their questions as I tried to cover as much space as possible. If you feel something is missing please make a note of it so for future note my reviews will be as full as possible. And once again thanks to papa for allowing me to be on the beta testers team . Im not able to run AIM still on this rom. also im not able to add my calender events from my outlook. i do notice that when i press the sync button on my device where calendar on the today screen it changes to notification for about 3sec and it goes away.
i made a event on my calendar on my device and it transfer iot to my desktop but i want it the other way. i wanna sync with outlook how?

i checked everything, i even flashed my phone like 3 times.

True, you should have asked to use his rom, but NOTHIN think about it. Didn't you do the same thing by taking someones (MICROSOFT'S) rom from another type phone and remaking it to suit your needs for the wizard. I'm not looking to piss anyone off so please don't. I respect your work along with the other cooks, because I don't have the knowledge or time to cook my own. So please don't be offended, you should feel proud that he thought your rom was the best place for him to start, and he did give you a thank you and credit for your rom.

Thanks for your second MFR ..... Couple feedbacks:
1. Either remove TCPMP or add the required plugin for Youtube, or it won't work if we add the plugin externally.
2. No VOIP
is the changelist basically new/updated apps and 4mb pagepool? did you change anything with the OS or other fixes? i'm trying to decide if i should strip this one too for my own use.

fixed some regs and bugs in wm. <thanks 2 mfrazz & its right's tweaks> but if you want the rom, wait another 10 mins couse i'll upload another one because this one has an issue with the sms service.

Good rom in general but I've found several issues:
1. wm5torage not works for me. Gives "error 1f" everytime. I've disabled all today plugins, removed everything in starup folder, soft reset, tried to disable "advanced usb" functions. No change.
2. No way to change settings for task manager (making x button close apps instead of suspending). This was in settings/system somewhere in every other rom I've seen. Should be standard windows feature, no? Workaround is to install some third-party task manager.
3. No shortcut for for notes application in programs. Is this intentional?
Only major issue is wm5torage. Please someone who also tried this ROM, tell if it works fine.
P.S. I've downgraded to official T-Mobile 2.26 (my device is T-Mobile MDA) before upgrading to this one, then upgraded to IPS/SPL 3.08, then flashed MFR2.0.

1. Yes, i can see that wm5storage gives errors. i will post a fix tomorrow. sorry for that
2. I removed notes form the program folder because i find it unuseful. The program is installed in the rom and you can activate it by holding the record button for a few secs.
3. That is because i didn't preinstall any task managers into the rom. I;ve included WkTask manager, a great x button / task manager program in Programs\System\Install so you can install this optionally.

I downloaded this program and like it didn't want to flash at all. I put it on my phone and doubleclick on it and it just gave me an error. So my friend's brother installed it for me cause he's like a super genius and he said you didn't know how to setup the installer.
Anyhow, How much memory does it have?
And there's a bug, you have to hit the wifi button twice for it to work. That means that this is a crappy rom and you are a *insert swear words here*.

I Promise to abuse the MMS for you papa and let you know my findings ... You are still cruel bringing out this room while im flashing the previous rom.
OK the time is 3:21am here in nyc the boogie down bronx. I am now flashing your rom ... You are still cruel .... I will go thru the same tests but since its the beta ill keep it for at least a few days as long as MMS works.... Went thru a whole day with no MMS thats horrible and cruel .. Presently at 32% .. Will get back with further updates after rom is flashed and wing is back up and running ... Many thanks pap your last rom looked real sweet wish I could have played with it a while longer but I cant resist a new flash......
I love the clean screen . As my background is always a picture of me I can see myself clearly.
Ok ... 1st bug I have seen was when going thru changes on the today screen the picture album opened and I couldn't get out of it no matter what I pressed. After about 1 minute the phone rebooted. Ok I see no MMS at all let me find someone to send 1 to me . Also on the cube after the reboot some icon asre missing on one of the panels. I believe the memory and storage icons.
Now I just did another reset after running Connection setup to see if I can get MMS. The icons now came back on the cube with that reset as well. There is that bug i see him ... lol ... Once you goto today's settings and goto item and change anything well rather i been choosing battery and metrix the cube icons get messed up. OK I see MMS now let me try sending a message again .. Must do the reg-edit to see sim contacts. I know most dont like to see their sim contact but I prefer to see them in my contacts.
Bluetooth works quiet fine with both motorola H375 and motorola HS850 even tho I dont see my bluetooth icon now when im using the phone. MMS still isnt working at all .. Thats a big bug. Let me add ArcSoftMMS v4.2.8.1 cab and see if it will work MMS.
WOW reconnected phone to computer and it locked up .. Activesync could not connect. Slide control works i can turn off sounds as I wish. When sliding the screen changes in parts. it cuts a picture into parts then takes a few moments to set it clear.
All my MMS messages were deleted from all folders on this reset. Not sure why as I change the settings to manual removal. And after a few differnt MMS cabs still no MMS ..... I think I will flash back to your older rom as i need MMS. I will gladly test any fix you have as I don't mind flashing ....
The Audio Manager works flawlessly let me test windows media player even tho i rarely use that application. Ok it works as well for music but doesn't play any video. TCPMP player works but if you want to see a video you must first start the video then close the program. After if you restart the program you can see the video. You must do this every time you want to see a different video.
HTC Album works but I can only view pictures that are in my picture folder. Not sure if thats how it works but if not then thats not good. The batteryStatus can be started through the programs folder with out changing the icons on the cube.
Oxios Hibernate works flawlessly as usual. Sim manager works quiet fine even tho I feel its a useless utility to me. Total Commander works as I use it for reg-edits. Romsettings is ok. Enlarge StartMenu works as well with no issue even tho I turn it off not sure if I mentioned that about this rom .. LOL .. Now I know I am tired ut sill I have to flash so seeing how much more I can test before the flashing continues.
All the office components work very well. Due to the fact I don't have a data plan I cant properly test the Internet sharing for you. Sorry about that my dear friend.
Now maybe I missed it but how do you change the icons and settings on the cube . Since I never actually used it before I am not 100% sure.
I hope this little test of mines helps in the development of this rom and hopefully all the bugs can be sorted .... If I could cook already I would try to fix them as best as possible.

You can clean the top bar by using "Kaiser Tweeks" and going to Htc Task Manager in "Start\Settings\System\Task Manager\Button" and uncheck_"Enable Quick Menu on Today Screen". That will let you use the "Battery Status Quick Menu".

I realy work by myself. Allot of hours by myself. Dont have any course,but already worked as a Computer Tecnician. I will study and get more knowlege to execute. Been learning from info provided in the Internet World. And i realy respect some ppl here in XDA Dev. I relly on search machines,specialy Google.
Now,this ive done is nothing of course,im so small between guys like Schaps;Dutty;C.Stu . But i want to get there,to a point of beeing able to dominate,hack. Cause building a PC or desmantel a Laptop fix it and mount it again is done. I like to test myself.

You dont open the .nbh file isnt there another file called KaiserCustomRUU.exe in that directory?
Rename the attached file from *.txt to *.exe put it in the same directory as your .nbh file and run the exe.

Yes keep the cab fixs handy cause i didnt touched any thing else to not scrooing it .
I will start cooking a new ROM with one of the latest OS Builds released from HTC or AT&T.
I will always include color on ROMs i cook, i will try to give them a bit more life and a bit of sexyness .
In the end it will get more "Perfected". As soon as i get a job. Beeing unemployed leaves me confused.

The VC and MMS fixes were cooked into my kitchen before I released it, so you shouldn't need the fixes for this ROM. You only still need them on mine because I'm too lazy to recook and upload all 24 variants!!

(You can use Coreplayer in this ROM) But i will have to recook and replace the actual Coreplayer by the Coreplayer that needs the serial. Enjoy the ROM .

This is based on the latest ATT rom posted by incognitho
19213 build with NO RADIO but must have a 1.65.xx.xx radio
This also has the settings for ATT, so if your an ATT customer then there is no need to add/change internet settings, etc. If you are not with ATT then you will need to change these. Since this is in beta at the moment i have no plan to remove these. In all honesty, i tailored this rom around me, added a few popular apps and decided to share it. If you dont like it then there are tons of other roms floating around for you to flash!

HTC Connections Cab
If you are not an AT&T user, then i have attached the htc connections cab to save you the trouble of looking for it.
Random issue only you seem to have?
I was having all kinds of trouble with my phone not waking up when it feel asleep. To fix this i flashed the original AT&T rom that came with my device, did a hard reset, flashed Death V3.5 again, and then did the customary hard reset. Since doing that i have been sleep of death free. If you want to try the same here is the rom i used:

Comm manager keeps popping up
Try deleting comm manager from the exclusive list so that we can kill it in task manager.
1) Go to the following registry key:hkcu/software/htc/taskmanager/exclusivelist
2) delete comm manager.exe

For those who are using the smartdialer, the lockup error isn't present when the screen is in landscape. I posted this in case people found it useful.

ok, yes, the latest SPL does have positive effects on this rom, my test phone wasnt getting screen lockups but my tytnII was, so i flashed the factory spl and no more intermittent taps!

I welcome Death anytime. I wasnt able to get the hushsms to send private even with the international code but its coo i like playing games with my friends w/voicemail.
By the since this an open rom. I know we have been looking for skype to work on this rom. I dont know of one that works on this rom, but I will look and post if I find anything. Please do let us know if Skype works or not.
Humble request to chef's out there - please do post whether or not your ROM is Skype compatible when you launch.
As an aside, I sure wish someone could explain why Skype works on some 6.1 ROMs and does not on most others. Is it a protocol version combined with radio issue? Or just some tweaks in the registry?

I don't know if this is just related to my device (Herald), but sending SMS messages didn't work right until i turned some modules into files. Not sure exactly which ones, your best bet would be to find a working 6.5.1 sys folder and compare which ones are modules and which ones are files.
Although, let me know if outlook enhancement works...

I flashed your ROM last night and I played for about an hour with. In general it´s a nice one.
The only problem I noticed was that the screen is not responsive enough, it requires extra finger/stylus pressure to select and item and also the scrolling feature sometimes doesn´t work as smooth as one would expect.
Connection set up works strange, this is the first time for me that the application reports that can´t make a connection during the set up process, at the end made the set up properly.
Though not a problem for me but you have too many games cooked in it.....
One of the things I liked is the way that you organized the applications with folders, perhaps you would like to change the icons with fresh ones.
Office is a must have for me and unfortunely doesn´t work with this build.

Yeah it seems like there is a delay, I tried playing with the advanced settings under touchflo, but I'm not sure if that really makes a difference. If anybody has a suggestion on how to fix that I'm all ears. I'll also do a few searches, I think I remember a post awhile ago that had a registry edit. I like passing time with a game so it's kind of the way I like it... If many people start downloading and there's a demand for it, I might release a lite version.
As for the Connection Setup, I don't use it so I didn't notice. could you maybe take a screenshot so I can see what happens? My friend that uses it didn't tell me he had problems, but I'll check with him if it went smoothly or glitched.
Office actually works for me, I have worked on a take-home exam for school using word. What specific application didn't work for you?

Make sure that you flash the original stock rom from HTC first, then flash a different radio. I would suggest 1.71 emonster here.
OH i see! it the radio [email protected]@ i followed the flash rom steps at this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=433835. and the radio now is (1.70.OliNex), my original radio is (170.19.09), and i don't know what the stock rom is~~seen this is my first time to do this thing^^ and plx forgive my spelling and bad english.
i flashed the radio and the problem have been solved @[]@ thx for your help!!!!!

No problem. I hope you enjoy the ROM, I will be updating soon. Will be including Googlemaps, and hopefully a taskmanager (if I can get the cooking to work right).
I'm glad to see that there are chefs out there that will cook for the TILT. I like the rom, it has VoiceCommand installed, and I like that, no one really does it. The lag is really the dealbreaker for me, if this could be fixed, that would be awesome.

thanks. yeah, the next release will be 23053 and it will not be laggy like that. Unfortunately the pump for my watercooler broke as I was uploading, and I am trying to find my next upgraded fan so I can get my system up and running again. I also added programs like googlemaps, galarm, and cleanram. I'll probably get it up by Tuesday next week since I have a Pathogenic Microbiology, and Cell Biology exam before that.
New rom posted.
Added GoogleMaps, ClearRam, and changed to TPC's 23053. Lags alot less now.
Just FYI...23053 was released by tom_codon...
