I just received new screen for my O2 XDA orbit which is one of HTC product. has anyone have instruction how to replace screen?

Good evening fellow forumers, I'ld like to know if there are any future developments for HTC Snap to upgrade to WM 7.5 as this phone is really handy and if it can upgrade to WM7.5 it would be really helpful.
