MSN Live Through Wireless

I remember somewhere that there was an issue connecting to Messenger and live through Wireless. I cant seem to find it. Anyone remember what the reg key was that fixed it?

I found this cab. What reg key it is I am not sure, but I think it is what you are looking for.

Here is what that cab included. Now it is to my knowlegde that this is already in the rom.

I guess what I want to do is to change the destination of the connection to Internet or something like that. I havent tested any other rom to see if they work. If you know of one please let me know so i can research it more and figure out how they get past it.

LocationFree for PPC

Ok - I am looking for some way to run Sony's LocationFree on my PPC. There used to be a solution called NetFront LocationFree Player, but it is no longer being sold. Even the places that say they have it - don't.
Is there any other frontend software that I can use. I don't want to changes solutions completely (aka Slingbox or Orb) since I use my PSP heavily with this service.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. (Or if you know where I can buy that software would work too!) Thanks!

Well you guys should checkout ORB.COM. Its easy, free!, and does everything.
It turns your PC into a server (location free) that just runs in the background.
works perfect on my tilt!

the cab actually wont help because there is no way to get a serial. trust me on this. ive even emailed netfront/access about it. serials only work on one unit and no one who uses this is giving up their code.

I'm a little confused. All the media that I want like pictures and videos, I can easily put right on my phone. The only reason I would want Orb would be to stream my cable tv. After spending the money on a decent tuner card, I could have just bought a Slingbox. What are the advantages of Orb?

Htc Spy Cam?????

Is there any programs out there that will let you turn your HTC (Qvga) device into a spy cam?
If not does anyone think that they could build one? What i am loooking for is something that you could leave in a room, place the phone on quit and called it from another location and activate the camera record mode by some sort of access code.
I have done some searching around and have not found anything on it. Even if i did i didnt know what i was looking at.

Bluetooth Intercom App

I know this is an absolute shot in the dark but i just want to give it a try in case someone knows anything about this.
1. I'm wondering whether its actually possible to have 2 bluetooth headsets connected and working to a WM phone at the same time.
2. This would only apply if the answer to the first question is yes. Is there an app that would let audio between the two headsets through, just like an intercom.
What I really want is to pair two bluetooth headsets to my touch dual and have them work as an intercom for when i ride my bike. I know there are other options out there, but I would just like to know if its possible to go this route.

i have reread the question and i realized that my application is not "exactly" for that
What my application will do is to place full duplex calls over bluetooth with two android devices.
The use of bluetooth headsets is only supported on 2.2+ versions.
I hope to release in one or tow weeks

I tried it but crash on startup on desire HD froyo 2.2....

I have some reports of start crash. It is the native encoder lib. It is only compiled for arm and desire HD is arm. I have tried on desire and it worked.

·Start on both devices
·Select the other device on each device.
*Now both are waiting for connection of the other but none trying to connect
·To start the connection process just say something loud enough so you can see green squares.
*This is because automatic reconnections use to end on phone reboot . And this way it is easier to reconnect when connection is lost
·When connected your voice will be transmitted only if it is louder than the threshold.
Please let me know what you thing of how it works. If you dont like it or whatever.

Has someone tried it successfully?

All my phone would do is create a hell of a lot of noise. I could hear another android device. Seemed to be stuck in speaker even if I played with the button. Muting was the only way the app was tolerable. Also there is no way to close the program. Close a connection yes, not the software.

HTC Sync Manager **FINALLY** released

It's out for the One series of phones only. I can't get it to recognize my device (running BlackDragon v5), but it's out nonetheless. Revisit that old annoying "coming soon" page and you'll find it. Just wanted to throw this out there since I didn't see a post in One S about it and I know many were waiting for it.

Denada...I was also interested to see that HTC apparently outsourced the build to Nero?? I like Nero so not a problem for me, but I'm interested to hear someone with a lot more knowledge than me weigh in on the tool, various merits/complaints and how it compares directly to the original HTC Sync app.

ive been trying to sync my phone with this new software but everytime i try to synce my music nothing happens. Ive checked all my settings and they are correct i would like to know if anybody else is having problems with this and how they might of got round this problem?
