I Have A Uni (SPV M5000) WM5, G3,WWE
Im trying to upgrade to WM6,Ive tried Serveral utilities,and roms, but most come up with an error,
most common Error 150, And Error 112, and now i cant get the device out of Bootloader mode as well (V1.01)
Pls Pls Pls Pls Help

I had the same issue with my UNI after I install the Ranju 7.6.
FOR EVERYONE: DONT GO BACK AFTER YOU INSTALL RANJU 7.6 Because only solution to unbrick your UNI is to go through very complex method of MTTY.

Do step by step and will work. before that dawnload some ROM that has all included: Radio, Extended ROm and the CE ROM. (be carefull on your brand as well as).

And read the Readme.txt-s included with your ROM, they have all the error codes, meanings, and possible solutions for them. For the first time, these Readmes really are worthwhile

Please please please, sum 1 here can be kind enuf 2 help with my problem.After installing wm5 finding lots of issues tried to downgrade to 2003se and now stuck woth spl 2.5.0105, no os and only bootloader with no iu mode. i tried mtty but give error not allow operation!! and try to typhoonnbftools but says no immediate flash available. I also try to use ruu patched 1010064 spl / 1.01.0109 but to no avail. I am DESPERATE for a solution to this as I just need my phone workin again. I also try to use psdwrite but dont know/understand proper commands as I have official ROM from imate site and would like to know if possible to load this onto SD card or sumthn?

I am having O2 Neo G4.
I am have a problem in upgrading to PDAViet 4.0.0.0.6.
Previously i have install PDAVeit 4.0.0.0.5b while trying to upgrade to PDAViet 4.0.0.0.6 .
What i have done is i flashed with PDAV_temp after that started the PDAViet 4.0.0.0.6 in (second step)upgrade process its gave error: ITwrite disc error.
I reapet the process sevral time but no luck, even i tried to update with sevral other version on WM6 (fantastics b4/4.0.0.0.5/4.0.0.0.se )
but its always giving the same error ITwrite disc.
Can any one please help me to resovle the problem.

I think that because your source folder is too long words, example D:\ÏmpOrTÅNcÎA\Dokumennya Chaerul\Chaerul Poenya\All About PDA\Update ROM Tools\ProphetTouchVII
you can try to put the update file on the front drive

Hello, I have a HTC TyTn, and I am trying to upgrade it from wm 5.0 to wm 6.0, I have followed all the instructions, but it still dosent work, I think the problem is, that I dont have SPL-1.11, I have a lower one, PLEASE HELP ME!

if it is an official rom you won't need hard spl (just a heads up to save some time flashing)
It is original, but the htc eclub, dosent have any more upgrades for the htc tytn.

second: download the rom you wish to use and install it same way as you installed hardspl!

I tried to follow all steps in USPL guide but still the same....
I have for now the ROM WM 6.1 from LeFab47 alias Fireburned
Guys... I had the same problem in my new VOX...(didnt have this issue in the older one)....
Jockey was considerate enough to point the following to me...... Used it and everything was absolutely fine....No error 270 etc...
There is one alternative to application unlock your phone. To properly application unlock the phone perform the steps as suggested to me by another friendly customer:
1. go to

2.Run MoDaCo_SPV_E650_de_Brand___Fix_Pack.PREP.CAB on the device
3. Run MoDaCo_SPV_E650_de_Brand___Fix_Pack_0.5.CAB on the device and
reboot.
This will solve your problem...if it doesnt....lemme know ..

1°) Launch MoDaCo_SPV_E650_de_Brand___Fix_Pack.PREP.CAB
2°) Launch MoDaCo_SPV_E650_de_Brand___Fix_Pack_0.5.CAB on the device
3°) Restart
4°) Launch uspl_116_jockyw.bat
5°) Update ROM with "vox-USPL"
6°) Update ROM with custom ROM
???
after step 3...
try running the application unlock sda...
maybe will solve your problem
if it doesnt.....i will let you know another solution

It's no risk, do USPL as described in the sticky (or the Wiki) and then flash any ROM you want (for the S710 of course)

I have just discovered this site and have spent the last couple of hours wiki-ing my way through the flashing process. However I have several questions that I couldn't find answers for.
1) I wish to upgrade my WM5 G4 prophet to WM6.5_23635 by Babak00000.
Can I upgrade from WM5 to 6.5 or do I need to go to 6.1 and then up to 6.5?
2) Do I need to CID unlock if my phone isn't locked to a carrier?
If someone could outline the programs (in order) and maybe the process to go from WM5 to 6.5 that would be great.

I'm also quite new to this, but i have managed to install wm6.5 so i think i can help you!
1. No! I am pretty shure you can upgrade from the original rom to any other ROM you want without any steps in between!
2. I have not done any CID unlock and everythin worked fine!
... The Process is actually very easy! I took a ROM from bikertibi but I also downloaded one of babak00000 and it has the same filestructure... just execute the "prophet_upgrade.exe", then select G3 or G4 (DONT mess this up) and if you have Vista or W7 just check the Vista Checkbox, and please check the HardSPL!
Now press start and you don't have to do anymore than clicking "next" all the time
It's that easy

I just download this file, yesterdayWM6.5_23113_WWE_Premium_Prophet_Babak, to my PC and began upgrading work to my Qtek S200. I try several time, not sucessfully. Finally, the screen appear in 3 colors with text " IPL 2.20.0001"and "SPL 2.20.0001". I tried hard-reset and it said sucessful format, but it does not work. I copy my friend downgrade file but it said no connection with PC.
Does anyone have the same problem and could anyone kindly help me for this?

you need to hard spl 1st.if your pc is vista or win 7,upgrade your driver before flashing.read from here

i had the same problem do this step by step
charge your battery through external charger to full (ur phone is in usb mode so itwont be charged)
DONT MESS THIS PART
download aku 2.2 g3 if your device is g3(aku 2.24 if it is g4)
uncheck the usb connection in active sync
then run the aku in your pc
it should work
if you want to flash any rom check the usb connection in active sync and flash it (read the steps on flashing screen)
