How to delete all contact's photos at once? - General Topics

Hi
Does anyone know how do delete all contact's photos-images at once in VitoFuncontact program?
I case you want to save space, or decide to show only names, it is
extremely tedious to delete one by one all of them. I tried to find
the folder were this images were stored but couldn't. Not even know if they
are stored as images or in some kind of compressed way...
Thanks

try asking at the vito website? They may be able to tell you best

I already did. Thanks for the great help.

Can I manage my contacts on my PC?

I logged in to msn messenger for the first time, now I have about 100 contacts which I need to delete one at a time..
Does anyone here know how to do that easily through the computer?
(preferred without special software)
Thanx
ok, so figured it should be something that got to do with PIM.VOL file.
1. how do I edit it? Can't seem to find a program that will run it.
2. After I'll edit it, how can I put it back to on the phone? I can't overwrite it because it's in use all the time.
easier way? tell me about it please..

i guess it will be easier to remove it and then set it correctly.
the picture is stored inside the pim.vol file stored on the root path of your device. the pictures are synchronized with the outlook pictures, so you can also remove and add it within outlook.
good luck!

FUZE Photo Favorites

Is there a way to move the photos in a different sequence. Example: I created 5 favorite photos. The first one I created, I want it to appear as the picture that comes up whenever I select people. I was trying to move it but does not work.
Do I have to delete all of them and re-add them, making the first one the least called and the last one would be the most frequently called? no way just to drag/drop to change the sequence.
Thank you for your help.

Images from e-mail being downloaded into Gallery albums

I have been searching for a solution on this issue since I was using the T-Mobile MyTouch 4G Slide. I wasn't too worried about this before as it had SD storage, yet it was very annoying. Being that we have limited storage (10GB) I am very worried about this. So now I have the T-Mobile HTC One S and I am having the same issue. My issue is when I have my e-mail account active on my phone and just by me browsing and reading my e-mails, the images from these e-mails actually download into Gallery. I don't click 'download' or anything in that nature, I just simply read my e-mails. Can someone explain why this is and how I can stop it from happening? Anyone else having this issue?
Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time.
Would love help also. I find this very annoying and continuously have to delete them.
Sent from my One S.
Anyone else notice having this issue? Any ideas on a fix?
So I went over to the HTC One X IRC channel since we do not have one. The guys were able to help me out with a solution.
Create a text file and name it ".nomedia"
Be sure to have the setting of the file/folder to "show extension names".
Let me know how it works out.

Uhh.. no. That only hides all files in the containing folder from the gallery. It does NOT prevent the images from getting saved in the first place.
I am not sure if this will help, but I have no other suggestions.. On my phone I have gmail set to not display images. I did this at first because I wasn't sure how much data I would be using per month. Anyway, if I do want to see the images in a specific email, there is a button to click that says "show pictures".
At least that way you can control what the phone downloads.
[edit] just had a thought that maybe that is default behavior and it is old news to everybody? if so, oh well haha
