Yes, you need to install NetCompactFramework2 before weather panel works. You can install this app to your SD card if you like!

Can anyone help me find the Sprint Nav app along with the Weather Widget
I m running Android 2.0.1-r5v0.6 and it came with no voicemail app, Sprint Nav or Weather App. I found the Voice mail one but still missing the rest.

You can try this...

Not sure it will work, but it might.

It does works, however it doesnt have what I am looking for, the Sprint Nav and the Weather Widget
----Correction, I got it, using the hidden utility i pushed the Sprint Nav App which I obtained from Fresh ROM into Android 2.0.1-r5v0.6 - works flawless, just missing the Weather widget now
On the 2.0 rom that you have the Weather Widget doesnt work, it was removed. Go get BeautifulWidgets from the market.
know i'm using Fancy Widget....
it's great....
are there any software like that (widget)? that can make my X10 looking good....
I think iv heard quite a few people talk about beautiful widget but never tried myself lol
Hope it helps!

Smooth calendar or grid cagebdar are neat. 3g watchdog (monitors your data usage) and apn Droid (disables and enables 3g data) are both useful if your data plan isn't unlimited. And genie widget is also quite good and has a nice app to go with it (news add weather) though you'll have to Google that one as it isn't on the market.
any suggestions for Messeage widget?Mail Widget? and Photo album widget?

Try Pure Messenger for the message/mail/texts
suggestion: what about turning this thread into a widget collection, OP updating #1 to get a referential on the subject instead of getting multiple/duplicate threads on the subject? this is not the oldest thread on the subject, but the one with the most generic subject and maybe it could be turned into the last of it's kind...

I like the Ted Zkeletal clock widget, it's a nice change. It is quite large though.
Hi, anyone.

you download from the market, then add the widget by long pressing the screen? of course you need to have sufficient space for it.
What version did you use? I just download 1.8 and the weather icon doesn't show up....

#1 you don't. You can add multiple cities and manually change them as you go, or you can download either the weather channel or weather bug apps as they do a much better job.

Make sure you have your weather setup to use the phones location not a zipcode.
How do I set that up? On the Dinc it was in your face and easy. On this thing it has lie 3 sub menus for every dam thing.
OK I am looking t it right now where is the option to use phone /gps location not zip I must be missing it.
Bump! This would be helpful to know being a newbie Droid guy.
I say just drop the motoblur crap n download fancy widget or beautiful widget, looks like htc sense clock widget with: temp, location & time all in one.

Ok, first of all i'm a total noob...
Couldn't even find where to create a signature for this forum...
so i'm running Froyo 2.2.1.on my Blackstone (XDANDROID.2.2.1.AOSP.FRX03.21.11.10.FULL_PACKAGE with FRX04 update and 1255 modules) which doesn't have the live wallpaper option, but i did a little searching and found your post.
I installed it using appsInstaller, but the option for live wallpaper does not appear in the wallpaper pop-up menu, nor anywhere in the programs list (cause i thought maybe i need to launch it first)...
Anything i'm doing wrong? (except for running a distribution made for another device with modules and zImage from somewhere else)
And by the way, why would this thingy need permission to
- fully access the internet and
- take pictures? (good luck with that, maybe get the camera to finally work )

Its the weather clock that does it. Long press the clock and drag It into "edit" on the top left, select your location you want, then check "show full screen animation"
Beautiful widgets sucks compared to sense widgets and they only copied sense.
so easy.
delete your weather clock widget, and add it again. You will see option: "show full screen animation ?" mark yes.
enjoy
Very thanks...I felt such a noob about that...
Appreciated it!

Well, it's a freaking well hidden setting that nobody knows since most people loves the HTC clock and they don't even move it.
Ever since I moved from my sensation to the One S I've been looking to get the full screen animation out of the weather clock widget. I finally did the right search to find the answer here. I am a bit of a n00b but it should be automatically set as enabled in the ROMs that are offered here and stock, don't know why it's not..?
Thanks much!!

It use battery & system resources for something mostly distracting and superficial. They then decided to put it obtional but forgot that nobody will know how to turn it on... (The inverse was true in previous Senses)
